Dopo aver scoperto ogni angolo di questo appartamento da 50 metri quadrati di superficie, puoi schiacciare un pisolino a pochi passi da una piscina condivisa o concederti un momento tutto per te nella vasca idromassaggio. Non scordati che hai a disposizione anche una terrazza o un patio come alternativa per le tue giornate. Non ti va di uscire? Condo’s location was great, within easy walking distance of downtown and the ski lifts. Was also very clean and comfy.

Clean, cozy and comfortable! Walking distance to Main Street. We enjoyed the hot tub and coffee on the balcony in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very convenient, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated just like the pictures. The only odd thing was the sliding doors on the balcony don’t have screens and we liked keeping the doors open since there’s no A/C. But we will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for the two of us. It was our first time in Breck and we really loved being walking distance to everything in town. We really only used our car to drive to various hikes and walked several times a day in to town to eat, shop, and eat some more. The place is tastefully decorated with a very comfy couch. The balcony is nice as well. All the great stuff in Breck is outside but you will be very happy coming home to rest and relax here!

We loved this condo, great one bedroom, fold out couch (comfortable) and one bathroom. It was clean, nicely updated and close to town. We parked our car and walked most places. Kitchen was stocked nicely and appeared to be brand new. Great place!! Would stay again for sure!

Modern, sparkling clean and tidy. All finishes look brand new. Kitchen was spotless and had all the amenities you could want. We used the stove and the toaster and coffeemaker. Even the silverware looked new and wasn't cheap and flimsy. The huge sofa also doubled as a bed one night - it was so comfortable. We really sprawled out on the sofa and got comfy. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and listening to the little stream below. It's not huge but it's pretty nice. This place is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few. You will not go wrong if you book this place. We did have a problem with the TV in the bedroom. Could not get a signal so never watched the TV even though we wanted to. There were a bunch of apps at the bottom of the TV but we just couldn't get it worked out. Also - the pool is not on the property. It's the community pool so you have to walk off the property. The pool is very nice and was not crowded but would have liked to have a pool located on the property. Other than that - our stay was lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of this property-close to town and overlooking the creek off the balcony decorated with twinkle lights. The property was described accurately. Upgraded furnishings and very clean. However, the unit is very small, bathroom included and not a lot of space to unpack your bag. Property Management process very clear in email descriptions and they reached out to check in—very nice touch!

Wonderful Stay!
The property was well equipped. We cooked a couple nights during our stay and found all kitchen equipment we needed. The location was fantastic! We were only a short walk to Main Street which was very convenient. We absolutely loved the back porch and spent much time relaxing on it. Evolve was a great company to work with as well :)

Very comfortable bed, and lots of blankets to snuggle in front of the fire. Big couch!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee maker is an 8-12 cup cone- bring your own filters!

Worth the premium price! Newly remodeled and updated, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, perfect location right in the middle of the Peak 9 base, warm fireplace, comfortable sofa bed, roomy king size bed, "staging area" for ski gear right inside the door. Hard to beat this place.

Little 1 bedroom, recently updated, and has everything you need. We will try to rent this place again!

Very clean and nicely remodeled. Close to the chairlift, literally 3 minute walk. Definitely recommend it! Kitchen nicely equipped, we had all the pots and pans we needed to prepare all meals.
