Stayed with the family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Great location and plenty of space. Check in process was easy and had no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This home isn't near any other homes, has a huge yard to park cars or vans, a restaurant on one side and an ice machine on the other. Talk about private! It's not the greatest of areas but the house itself is roomy and comfortable. They provide a little bath/kitchen soap and shampoo/conditioner but you must bring your own salt and pepper, coffee and creamer, trash bin liners, etc. We'd rent it again because it holds so many people and was close to our event. It's also a very short walk to the beach. The upstairs has a private bedroom plus an annex with several bunkbeds--would be great for a couple with children!

when i got there house had water line break didnt have water till mid night, house was little dirty and had these little biting ants everywhere, there was only one or two pans no on anything else that normal vrbo have such as spices or even salt, no lawn chair or furn outside whole lawn was just pine needles would never rent from this company again

It was an amazing stay everything about it was excellent. Our family loved staying there, It was incredibly big and roomy and when we got there it was so clean and nice. Everything about our stay was incredible! Thank you for everything hopefully we can come back again next year!

The property location was good. We could cross the street and walk a block to the beach. The house is nice BUT there is not enough or adequate cookware, furniture is not sturdy, the pictures show an outdoor shower( I left management know there wasn’t any outdoor shower they disagreed and I finally understood the water hose is considered a shower but it’s literally a hose not hung up just on the ground), the rugs were filthy smelled like pet pee and had stickers, floors were sandy when we arrived and there was trash on the ground outside, one door didn’t shut properly, one bed was broken and leaned one way.
Positives- plenty of towels, plenty of hot water, frig worked and had ice maker, location was good, air conditioning worked great, ceiling fans in each room, ice machine next door, beds downstairs were comfortable, washer dryer worked great, management responded quickly to messages

This vacation home was a great size for our party of 13 (6 adults and 7 children). The kitchen does have minimal utensils and could benefit with a large skillet. We were pleasantly surprised to have a gas grill in the backyard and it was only 1/10th of a mile to the entrance for the beach. Overall, this house worked great for us.

House was nice and plenty of room for large family. Short walk to beach, but house is on busy road. Plenty of parking. No outdoor shower but had water hose to rinse off with. No outdoor furniture to sit on. Back yard was fenced but gate would not lock (broken). Back yard was full of stickers. Grill works but need a lighter to start it (bring one). If you are planning on cooking for a large family, bring pots and pans. There were very few and in bad shape. Coffee pot but no other small kitchen appliances that worked. No can opener. No blender or mixer that worked. Bolts on legs on chairs in dining room were loose and two of the bolts were in a kitchen drawer (husband tightened them all up). Same thing with leg on couch. Remote to television was broken, however, they did promptly send someone out to bring a new one. Televisions were difficult to work d/t becoming disconnected from wifi each time they were turned off. There was a broom but no dust pan. Overall the house was fine just would have been nice to have some decent cookware, some outdoor furniture to sit on. Also, there is a restaurant next door with a live band which is pretty loud. Ice machine on other side of house (which was nice).

We had a wonderful time at the property in Panama City. There is plenty of space in the house for up to 10+ people. The only drawback with the stay which are minor and could be fixed for very little.
The place would be more appealing if you had some outside furniture in the front and back. There also just a small 6 inch frying pan. If the place is for 1 or 2 families you should have the cookware to accommodate for that. Other then that it was a very nice place.

Great location away from the hustle. Plenty of room. Street noise and outside lights that made it seem like constant day made it difficult for most of our group to rest well. Had a few issues that were minor overall. Management is great to respond to messages sent but failed to communicate that they were sending someone for wifi issue that we didn't even know about so it wasn't reported. Maintenance just showed up and said they were there to fix wifi and door hub. Overall a good place. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and beach access not far at all.

Good water flow, all sink and toilets we working. clean bed sheets and towels. Access beach 13 3 minute walk away. The downside - two bathrooms only, and we had to buy tools to screw the chairs so we could sit on them (we all are under 135 lbs by the way) vacuum did not work, and no dustpan.

Lovely large and open house; however, lacking in comfort and convenience in the bathrooms and bedroom. There was no counter space or adjacent shelving in the downstairs bathroom. Had to put the majority of my stuff on the toilet seat while taking a shower and finish getting ready in the master bedroom. No suitcase stand in the master. Finally after struggling for a day, I put the ironing board up under the mirror in the master to use as a dressing table. Upstairs bathroom is roomy, but again, no counter space and an itty bitty shower with no shelves. Have to keep soap and hair products on the floor and due to lack of space heads and elbows get bumped trying to retrieve them for use. Otherwise very nice.

5 ⭐️ place for sure! We will definitely be back! The only thing that was not accurate was the back yard. The weeds were a little tall and not much grass at all (like the picture showed). We had issues with the tv in the front room not connecting. We made a couple calls m, but sometimes things are out of your control and couldn’t be restored. (I mean you are there for the beach anyways) lol. This house was very well described in the listing , very clean and wasn’t missing a thing. Close to anything you needed! The beach was walking distance. This was a great trip and will definitely be booking in the future.

The kitchen cookware could definitely use an update and more could have been supplied considering how large the home is. None of the towels seemed clean or the bed linens. In fact to be more comfortable we did loads of towels and sheets on the first day. The bedroom upstairs was completely on the floor stacked with box springs and uncomfortable. Planning based on the photos had us thinking we would have a family cookout in the backyard and it looks nothing like the photos. Very deceiving to say the least. My only other complaint comes from the company overall. I sent multiple messages about things like the home not being clean and the bedroom door being completely off the wood frame somehow being overlooked when the so called housekeeper comes in to clean and verify the home before guest stay. I felt an uncomfortable feeling because I don’t want to feel responsible for things that should have been addressed before anyone came into the home. I appreciated the location and size but I would never rent from the company again. I am definitely going to stick with private management because they seem to care of any issues and their response time is prompt and makes you know they care for their property.

We booked this house somewhat last minute and it turned out to be a gem. The house slept everyone very comfortably. Very spacious. Conveniently located next to an ice machine. Short walk to beach. All in all, this house is perfect for a getaway to the beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Everything was as advertised. Service was good and we enjoyed our stay!

The house layout and location is excellent. I must share that the rugs in the house were very dirty and looked as though they had never been cleaned. The house lacks sharp knives, serving spoons, baking utensils (cookie sheet, cake and muffin tins) as well as adequate mixing tools (whisk, mixer, etc.)
The front, side and back yards were overgrown with weeds and we could not allow the kids to play in the back yard for all the weeds.
