Solicité toallas y el recogido de basura ya que llevábamos 4 días y no había ido nadie y al llegar mas tarde a la habitación me habían dejado las toallas limpias en el piso frente a la cama muy groseras las que limpian excepto una sra mexicana muy amable el desayuno lo mismo y el revoltillo salado que no se podía comer, me había quedado en mayo y fue muy bueno pero dudo mucho que vuelva

The hotel is a stone throw away from the airport. Very well maintained and lovely staff

The room was very nice. Loved the shower. Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle service worked very well.
No hair dryer in the room. Although shuttle service was available very early (5:45 a.m.), no coffee was available until 6:30 a.m. when the restaurant opened. Having an urn of coffee available would have been very welcome.

I like the fact it is so close to the airport, that there are business facilities and that everything is designed for 24/7 use. The kitchen was great and you don't have to just eat takeout.
A shuttle from the car return to the hotel would have been great.

I like staying at this property bc it’s usually not very busy & I like to watch the planes.

It was clean, very cozy and quiet, even though we had airplanes and we was in the airplane hotel, but it was different and I thank you for the hospitality
My Son got a chance to get in a pool twice in any of the food places was very local not too far

The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of choices to pick from. Great facilities like the gym and pool. The room was comfy and a great spacious size for one person with many facilities inside. Hotel very close to Columbus Ohio airport so very convient and efficient shuttle bus service. Would definitely recommend .

Breakfast was great.
We had a confirmation of adjoining rooms 3 months ahead of our arrival. When we checked in, we did not have adjoining rooms. My wife and I had to sleep in separate rooms and split the kids up. Not happy. Additionally, the manager didn't return 3 messages I called and left.
