Hipotels Apartamentos Cala Bona

The property was very close to the beach and the strip so was very nice to have that.

The check in was awful. No instructions received by the email at all. The bed was dirty and had hair left in it from the previous people

Very clean and comfortable and close to all amenities

There was no swimming pool I assumed there would be

Everything

Nothing

Was nice and clean and quiet

I didn’t like that when booking there was pool pictures all over the internet and in conversation mentioned pool The hotel it self didn’t have the pool listed but all the advertisement below in photos lead me to believe that there’s a pool They should fix all their advertisement online and in their faq Not worth the money The reception was hard to find as well as the place it’s self, in the address it says La Ciara del Pins Cala bona so is very confusing I didn’t like that the service had to be asked for and when asked it wasn’t done and when I called I was told that they were there to clean
