This house is awesome. Loved seeing the deer traverse the property in the morning, the Goldfinches in the evening, and the sunsets over Mt Herman. We made a few meals there and were never in need of any supplies. The first impression of the foosball table was just going to be in the way - now we're in the market for one of our own!

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We saw a bear, coyote, deer and an elk who camped out in the backyard the whole day. Went on a lot of easy hikes in beautiful surrounding areas. The house is well stocked. They have laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo and conditioner just to name a few things. They have nice areas to relax outdoors. Also portable fans in the bedrooms if you're like my family and use it to fall asleep to the sound. The management responds quickly to questions or issues. My family is already wanting to go back. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice house. Good central location for visiting Colorado Springs, Denver and surroundings. Would definitely have a repeat stay in the future.

This house was perfect for our group of 7 and our dog! We had a family wedding that was 15 minutes away on a ranch, and we were able to take advantage of the close the proximity to both Colorado Springs and Denver during our 5 day stay. The property manager checked in on us via email and responded quickly to our questions. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again if we come back to the area!

This property fit us and our daughter's family perfectly. We also had a dog with us and so the back yard was a plus. We found the kitchen to be stocked more than many places we have stayed and so it made it easy to have many of our meals (which we had brought along) on the premises.
I would like to tell whoever is managing this property that some things could have been cleaner, like the hard floors below furniture, which I discovered when looking for our dog's toys. We had the bedroom on the main level and the master bath rugs may have been washed, but they did not appear so. None of this deterred from us enjoying our visit, however. Overall, we'd stay here again!

Our family came to Monument for a wedding and we found this home to be cozy and clean in a perfect location to Monument and Colorado Springs. This home has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. The hosts were responsive, check in and check out was easy. If coming back to the area I will stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay the house was nicer than pictured. Great location close to Colorado Springs and Denver. Loved the back yard and really enjoyed the fireplace. Beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need. We saw deer and a few rabbits. I will definitely stay again.

This property could not have been more warm and inviting. This being our second stay here, we noticed many of the improvements since our stay last year at this time. New living room and rec room furniture, the foosball table, new thirsty bath linens. The spacious openness of this home is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The surrounding region and the wildlife are very friendly and conducive to observing how the bunnies, squirrels and deer add to our enjoyment. Add to this the convenience of our family living just around the corner on Arrowwood Drive… It cannot be better situated or more inviting situation for us. Thank you to property owner, VRBO, and property owner Nestago. We will be back frequently!

Very comfortable, well-kept property with a small but nicely equipped kitchen. It was perfect for 3 couples. The location between Denver and Colorado Springs was ideal. The host was great and responded promptly to questions.

Super clean, super easy and super close to a cemetery, yikes! No biggie, no ghosts were seen, just rabbits and deer! Pretty mtn. view to the west off the porch! Go for it you’ll love this house 😘

Interior of home was very clean and spacious with very comfortable furniture. Only complaints were that that the yard was overgrown and that the cooling system didn't keep the upstairs cool on hot days.

Inside the house is very nice. We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom but husband was able to temporarily fix it enough for the night.
