They had ceiling fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living area. The beds were comfortable. Furniture is modern and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe in a gated community. Great pool area with bbq, covered picnic area, outdoor shower & washrooms.
Appliances inadequate for long-term stay. No microwave, no toaster, no laundry dryer, tiny kitchen. Weak internet speed.
Limited usage of electricity so limited use of air conditioning to avoid extra charges.

The pool area was beautiful with a grill and picnic area. Ceiling fans and air conditioners in main living/dining area and in each bedroom.
I had a few minor issues when I got to the property. The wasn’t any hot water (propane was empty) and the internet didn’t work but they were both taken care or within 2 hours.
