The property was the perfect size, it was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and it was very cosy
The toaster didn't work, but it didn't spoil our stay. Everything else in the kitchen worked was fantastic and modern
Also, I think the lodge should have some comfortable outdoor furniture to sit out in the sun. We had to use a blanket and sit on the grass out front, but we worked around it. That was no problem. I'm overall very happy

Was a nice quiet private location
Mattress protectors are a must and weren’t on any of the beds

The location is great. Good food and entertainment on site. Close to Alnwick and Morpeth for trips out.
The property itself wasn’t very clean. The mattresses in the twin bedroom were uncomfortable, and the springs were unsupportive and noisy.
Also the WiFi didn’t work at all and phone signal is poor.
