This house is a short walk to the beach and comes with everything we needed except for linens and toiletries. The owners were also incredibly responsive.

We brought our 2 children and 2 dogs here for a week and loved that the house was comfortable walking distance to the boardwalk and downtown but far enough away that crowds were not a problem. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the owner was responsive when a few wrinkles did arise. A nice addition would be seating options in the enclosed porch or in front if the apartment, as the back patio area functions more as a parking lot with other tenants coming and going than an afternoon/evening gathering space. A good idea to pack a few comfortable collapsible camping chairs.. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time and the space would highly recommend.

This property is perfect for a family who wants to enjoy the PP boardwalk. It's about a half mile walk. THERE ARE PILLOWS. Don't bring yours. Outdoor shower is great and just opposite the instant-on water heater inside the wall. There is a grill that works well. The house is clean and functional, and blocks away from NJT, an amazing Italian deli, S&S, a liqueur store, good coffee shops, bars and bagel places. Really a slam dunk for the PP experience, and the landlord is very helpful. You can't go wrong here.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. Had all necessary conveniences. Great for our 2 dogs. Can use some outdoor coffee/ afternoon cocktail seating, ie a porch or covered deck.

Layout was good, with plenty of room for us and our extended family, though we found one of the bathrooms to be a tight fit (and we are not big folks)! Owner was very responsive to an issue we had at check-in and quickly addressed it! We would look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our friends from out of state really enjoyed their stay in Arnold St. It’s just walking distance from the beach, our cars are safe inside the enclosed parking area. The kitchen is big enough for the cooks to walk around the big island and do their cooking. Dining is so much fun cause of the big dining table provided. We’re already talking about next year’s vacation in Arnold St.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent trip to Point Pleasant with my family and our stay in this home. Even before the actual trip, the owner answered all of my questions very quickly. We were even able to work with the owner to add an extra day to our trip! The home itself was very clean and offered all of the amenities of home. Since it is pet friendly ( with a reasonable fee), we were able to bring our two dogs with us! There were a lot of little extras that were a nice touch such as the beach chairs, beach toys and beach passes for us to use. The location of this house was amazing! Walkable distance to many attractions, beach/boardwalk and restaurants! We rarely had to drive or take our cars out if we didn’t want to. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals and the living room and dining room were spacious and comfortable to relax in. Bedrooms were all great sizes too with comfortable mattresses. Even though there are people staying above, they were never loud and you can barely hear them. I would highly recommend this home and we are looking forward to another chance to stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Great property! Convenient and close to the boardwalk, close to everything really, with parking for 3 cars. It was only myself and my mother that stayed there, but it would be perfect for a larger family/group. Communication with the property manager was great; all questions were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend to others and would also stay here again.

Clean and roomy with parking off the busy street. Property manager responded quickly to all questions. Close to fire house and railroad so definitely had to sleep with white house. Little bothered by loud group outside house late into the night (assuming it was the tenants that live above).

House had plenty of space and host was very accommodating. Answered every question within minutes.I was a little bit upset that they were tenants above us and that was not disclosed in the description of the rental. Outdoor seating area had no coverage from rain and was located in the parking lot where the cars were. Once renovations are completed I think this would be a fabulous rental.
