Very accommodating
Pool area grungy found a band aid on floor next to hot tub & towels made for a toddler. Iam a normal size person and I had to use 2/3 to dry off.

The room was super nice.
The hot tub didn’t work and the utensils were super nasty for the break

Good breakfast. I do not do eggs and bacon. Waffles and fruit were great. The coffee was wonderful.
The large shower could use a grab bar. But otherwise, the bathroom was excellent.

Room size, comfortable
Check in was bad, customer in front of us having issues and only 1 computer worked so after lengthy wait another lady grabbed us and general manager checked us in in the back room. Cleanliness around pool and spa area not good. No paper towels in the men's bathroom

The location, the kitchen, the pool, and the hot tub. Also, the outside seating and decorations were nice
The price was rather expensive but due to a city wide power outage I had no choice. It was also a dirty washcloth behind the chair. It was a stain on both beds' bedskirts. The website says check out time in 12 noon it was housekeeper beating on my door at 11 nicely telling me leave, I spoke to someone at the front desk, and she said that's most Marriotts but not this one. I'm like, but no one informed me

Breakfast was VERY weak. Bathroom floor in our bathroom wasn't clean enough for me.

the room was disgusting. the floors were sticky, there was a smell coming from the garbage disposal, stains in the shower. just a generally dirty room. our service was also horrendous upon check in, with the lady being downright rude. upon check out however, a different lady took care of us and was very apologetic and friendly, and helped us put that experience behind us.

Dirty, unprofessional & rude staff, hard & small bed, no view which was suppose to be courtyard view all we could see was a dirt filled lot, and an empty parking lot

The property is centrally located near downtown Allen Park and a few seconds away from I94. The amenities inside of the room were phenomenal and provided all of the comfort and convenience necessary. The front desk staff were phenomenal and more than accommodating. I cannot wait to visit this property again!

Location was great....near our tournament...
Not having the sauna opened...but understood due to covid. No breakfast due to covid which again was understood.

There was no tissue or towels when I checked in I kept asking the staff and they said it was nothing they can do none was clean also when taking a shower the water would not go down the drain

The mattress isn’t a pillow top, but it was comfortable. Plenty of pillows to choose from. The room layout is very functional. The various tables are flexible which was nice. The kitchenette was useful since we were eating carry out.
The room was not detailed after the construction, so there is construction dirt in the corners, paint on the floor, and paint and caulk on the counters which made the room seem dirtier than it was. From a clean room standpoint, we did find stuff under the cushions on the pull-out couch, the refrigerator had some food particles, and the shower floor had stuff on it.
