Loved this house! My kids still talk about the golden tee and buck hunter in the basement!

Loved the view and closeness to attractions. Great game room for all ages. We had a wonderful time at Bearadise.

This property is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Our group really enjoyed the stay and looks forward to returning in the future.

This was the 1st time with the whole family together for a couple of nights. My mom and dad with all kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. The place was perfect!!!! Had a few questions and had to contact Glen before the stay and I could not tell you how nice and polite he was. Thank you so much!!!

The cabin was very spacious for my family of 16. The only 2 cons were nowhere to store trash until you went down the mountain and found a few roaches in the kitchen when we arrived, but it looks like there were traps and bombs set to get rid of them. Otherwise the cabin was great and very clean! The property manager responded quickly to any questions I had.

The whole family really enjoyed the game room. The view is spectacular and cannot be beat even if you go to any observation areas. Saw some bears which was very exciting. The home was clean, however I wish they had a swiffer or a vacuum and a floor mop of some sort available. The floors need repair or replacement. Bring extra dish towels and some dish cloths. It was a great cabin and would come again.

Our time at Bearadise was wonderful. We had a few problems at the beginning (the kitchen was not well stocked) but within the hour Glen brought us what we needed. The house was not very clean when we arrived but Glen was responsive to that, also. The house was a lot of fun, we all enjoyed the video games and theatre. The view was beautiful and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. Having so many King suites was perfect for our group and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was fairly close to the house but the neighborhood was VERY hilly so we sometimes drove the short distance. It was nice to have the pool for the hot afternoons. Most of us used the fitness center which was great to have as the area is really too hilly to walk or run. The house is close to the town and the National park and we spent lots of time enjoying both. There was construction going on across the street the week we were there so it was noisy and parking became a little challenging. Although the house is new, the floors are in bad shape, separating at seams and peeling. I would suggest having some board games or puzzles at the house for kids and adults. All in all, we made some great family memories here and loved the area.

We have stayed at many other properties and most had a book of instructions for the appliances and electronics, but this one did not. Washer/ dryer, anD tvs we’re not the easiest to operated without instructions. The cabin could have been cleaner, there was balls of hair and dust floating around on the floors. The floors were very dirty and dangerous to go barefooted due to the many gaps in the flooring boards that were coming up off of the floor. The ice maker somehow got turned off on accident and it would not catch up at all. For a big family size of 14, it would have been nice to have another refrigerator, more bath towels (maybe also pool/beach towels), more balcony seating and an ice machine. The pool was nice but not located near the cabin as pictured, it is shared with the entire complex and down a couple of hills from this cabin, we had to pack up small children and drive there. There was construction going on the entire time of our visit and parking was very difficult at times due to the congestion in the parking lot. The internet was out because of a storm and none of the televisions would work, minor issue for vacation and the property owner was very nice and helpful getting problems worked out. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, we had mostly everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. We would recommend this place and we would stay again.

Wow is an understatement! This property was phenomenal. This was our first stop of our wedding week and we were traveling with our teenagers and another family. Everybody had something to entertain them there and it was so well laid out that we didn't feel on top of each other. The views are out of this world! It was breathtaking to wake up to that every morning and sip our coffee on the large deck. Glen and his wife were very quick to respond if there were any issues (the fire alarms going off randomly one morning) and were very gracious when we were able to fix the issues on our own. This was an amazing place and we will for sure be back. Thank you guys.

The cabin was beautiful and included dishes, pots & pans, bedding, towels. It was clean and just beautiful. We had a couple little issues and I reached out to the owner, by text. She text back immediately and all was well. The owners are wonderful . The only I would change would be to put rocking chairs on the deck. Our entire experience was marvelous.

We will be staying again if we are in this area. Super clean, large beds with full baths in every room. Communication was fast and easy. Teens and adults loved the arcade and pool table. Some of us older kids including myself :) could not stop playing Galaga or Centipede. Morning coffee on the balcony could not be beat. Only recommendation is to bring good garbage bags to put your trash in so it is easier to carry to bear proof dumpster. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to share your place and for providing the perfect launching place for a wonderful vacation.

The washing machine gasket is full of What looks like mold it absolutely needs to be changed and wiped after use. The floors throughout the whole house were sticky when we arrived as well. All in all the cleaning crew is not doing a good job at all.

We very much enjoyed our time in this cabin. It was lovely and plenty of room for us all. The owner was super great in timeliness of his response and was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would also love to stay there again in the future!

Wow wow wow. We can’t say enough great things about this cabin. It has everything you need for the perfect weekend getaway! It was clean and had every amenity you could think of. It was close to downtown Gatlinburg and the view was incredible. The hosts were kind enough to let us check in a little early so we could make it to a ski lesson on time.

Loved the cabin.

Bearadise was amazing. The property was clean. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed the game room and movie theater! Bearadise is easily accessible and it has beautiful views!

Host was quick to respond to any questions. Location is beautiful, back/top of the complex so great views and decent outside space. Very close to attractions and hiking. Would absolutely stay here again. House layout worked great for 5 couples (two will small babies). The basement would be great for older kids too.

This chalet surpassed our expectations. Its the best setting in the smokies, all our family love it. The layout is the best we have stayed in. You will not be sorry you rented this one.
