Perfect weather, beautiful sunrise, super clean beach all 10 of us loved the house! It was so nice to have all 10 of us were able to sit together and enjoy our dinner at one table. As group we need less steps, after all we all are retired senior citizens, we did it. We will look for elevators for our future trips. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home . It was a week we all enjoyed so much, we had fun!

This property is superbly stocked with everything you would want. Some of us flew, so beach chairs (not even rusted!) were a plus plus. Linens, beds, dishes, appliances were all appreciated.
There was pickleball played, walks taken, many beach cocktails enjoyed, all from this great location.

I’ve stayed at this duplex for 8+ years, but this is the first time on this side of the property. Property was very well decorated and property manager was amazing and very responsive! Everything and I mean everything had a label. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve every experienced at this property. They had bed covers that felt like sleeping on trash bags. This was the consensus for every person who stayed with us. When spending almost 6k for a week at the beach, I would like to have a comfortable night sleep. Was shocked to experience this due to how beautiful tidy the property was.

Clean, carefully decorated, very well-appointed kitchen, and wonderful location right on the beach. What's not to love? What's more, the property manager was very friendly and responsive. It was a blessing to stay somewhere with such a great property manager and property owner.

The location and beach are amazing. The property fit our three families well. It was equipped with all the kitchen items you need, and each shelf is clearly labeled to show you where to put everything back. It has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and buckets (which we used to find black shark teeth). Each floor even has a retractable baby gate, which we needed. The loft bedroom does not have a door, so someone will have to be willing to have that arrangement. The couch and loveseat and the dining table area are a bit small for the size group we had. The place is well-maintained and well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay amd we would love to come back.

It was our first time at topsail! Wonderful house and location. We enjoyed our stay very much and realllllly appreciated the added surprise of built in baby gates.

The house was beautifully decorated and listing was accurate in this description. Location and parking was great. We loved the beach being just steps away. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen. We contacted management prior to our stay about being able to get in the house a little earlier since the property was not rented the week prior to our stay according to the calendar, but was turned down due to cleaning and maintenance. It was disappointing when we arrived because the house was not as clean as it should have been. Example: floors were very sandy and sand on the mattress protector.

We had a good time. The house was clean and well appointed. Would have liked to have had deck furniture on roadside bedrooms. And it would have been nice to have been able to move the existing deck furniture (oceanside) - it was tethered down.

The inside as beautiful. The kitchen had all you could think of. The multiple levels had stairs but with all the good food we ate, it was much needed!! Loved the quiet end of the beach and would definitely rent again. Thanks to the owners and property manager!!!

I would stay here again and again. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for 11 people. It was the perfect beach location. We saw many dolphin. I’d highly recommend.

The Location is central to everything. The access to the beach was much closer than we were expecting and so convenient. It was nice to let the kids out on the beach and watch them from the balcony.

We loved this area because it was far from public access and on a quiet part of the beach. We also liked that even though it’s a duplex the deck was pretty well walled off so it felt private.

Beach vacations & memories for many years! Good sleeping arrangements & stocked kitchen! Convenient to good restaurants, hot tub fun & nicely decorated…. Not to mention the owners treated us to some great donuts from Fractured Prune Bakery!! So thoughtful!!
Only suggestions to improve would be better mattresses on the bunks for tweens & teens. Also, it would be nice to have 1 empty kitchen cabinet for storing groceries visitors bring. The hose for rinsing off needs to be replaced.

Beach vacations & memories for many years! Good sleeping arrangements & stocked kitchen! Convenient to good restaurants, hot tub fun & nicely decorated…. Not to mention the owners treated us to some great donuts from Fractured Prune Bakery!! So thoughtful!!

House is spotless clean, has everything - chairs, umbrellas, body boards, tent/canopy.. lots of spices, pots pans, etc. when we asked property mgr if house had beach canopy he checked and when he did not see it he dropped one off in 30 min. Hot tub was clean as was everything else. The foosball table was a hit with the kids. Definite must visit again. We forgot our apple earbuds.. cleaning crew found them, property manager called us to ask if he should mail them.. can’t ask for more from house or property manager.

Beautiful beachfront property
We loved every minute we spent at this beautiful home on the beach. Great location, very nice and helpful property manager, beautiful home.
We would highly recommend it to our friends and family and we will definitely plan to come stay at stories by the sea again soon.
