Great house, it has an amazing kitchen and the beds are comfy. Great location to the beach and a short drive to spring training.

This is a wonderful property for a family reunion. We enjoyed the kitchen and grill one night for dinner. The home was close to my brother who lives in area,. Great walk to beach, lots to do! One day we rented a pontoon boat! We would definitely stay again!!

From initial questions before booking to quick responses to the few questions we had during our stay, Rodney was responsive and helpful. On top of that, the rental was amazing. Clean, spacious, well-decorated, as we as being equipped with all the extras to make beach days extra fun, this place has it all. We used the gas grill one day to grilled chicken, but enjoyed dinners at Pop’s sunset grill (best shrimp appetizer ever and a 4 minute walk away), Casey key fish house, and Sharkeys. This rental even had a shark tooth sifter to use and we found tons of teeth on Casperson beach. We usually try to explore different areas of the country, but this place makes me want to come right back! Thanks for a great experience, Rodney!

The host was terrific, very easy to work with. He responded immediately to any questions I had with helpful information. The property is very much as shown in the listing. It's about a 3 minute drive to the beach, walkable too if not lugging lots of beach equipment. The area is quiet and residential but near a couple of local restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay in the house and our vacation.

Our stay exceeded expectations. Three outstanding aspects are proximity to beach and great bar/restaurant and Rodney’s responsiveness! He answered every query solved a couple requests extremely quickly! The house is spacious and beautiful!

We enjoyed the house. Rodney was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Checking in and out was easy. It's in a great location, very convenient, and close to the beach. Supplies were well stocked in the house. We had a good time. Thank you Rodney!

Beach is a few blocks away. It was nice to have access to beach towels and chairs. Less to pack.

I highly recommend this home for a vacation rental. Clean, well decorated, peaceful and a terrific location. The property manager is super responsive and trustworthy. We would definitely vrbo this particular home again in our future.

Great for families!
The house was just an easy 5-10 minute walk from the beach, depending on how tired the kids were:) It was nice to have the use of the beach gear. The house was a great fit for our family. The set up of the bedrooms worked well. The place was well stocked. Fun time!

Great location to the beach!
Walking distance to the beach with all beach accessories readily available at the house! The amenities under the house were perfect for evenings after the beach. The house was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Rodney, the host, was quick to reply and we were extremely happy with this property for our family spring break with 3 adults and 4 children! We definitely recommend!!

Nice, well-stocked property
This is a very nice property and is very well-stocked. The owner was quick to communicate when we had a minor issue that was resolved quickly. Master bed and pillows were very comfortable, window treatments were adequate for blocking out light (which is important to me), and the property was clean. It wasn’t really close enough for us to walk to the beach, but it was just a short drive away. Wifi was a little spotty at times. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a good location-within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and an ice cream shop. There is also a comfortable shaded place to sit outside and enjoy the Florida weather. The owner is easy to work with and the pictures do a good job of representing the house. We would definitely recommend staying here.

convenient to everything
We stayed here because we had a wedding to attend on Venice Beach. This location was close enough and very handy to grocery, liquor and dining too. House was as pictured. Very nice, only regret is we didn’t book it for longer.

Great Family Get Together House
Our family had an amazing long weekend here. The pictures look exactly house the house is in person. The layout of the house was wonderful for our group. We really appreciated the extra touches such as the games provided under the house and lounge area. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were provided. Overall we had an awesome stay!

Great house in great location
The home looks just like the pictures. Clean and spacious and well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, games, towels etc. The beds are comfortable and the owner is very responsive to any questions you have while staying at the home. The home is within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. There is a nice Publix grocery store less than a mile away, too. I recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Nikomis/Casey Key area.

Wonderful location, very comfortable
This was a really nice, comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The house was very pretty and set up well from the multiple bedroom options, to the kitchen and the washer/dryer available (great for post beach clean up). Super close to multiple restaurants, the beach and groceries/activities. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! The owner was super communicative and very responsive. We loved it!

Amazing 2 weeks in Nokomis
We visit Venice Fl/ Nokomis area every year for the horse show at Fox Leah Farm. This was by far the best rental we have had to date. House was recently updated, and was very clean and serene, even better than advertised.
Amazing location, walking distance to beaches and restaurants.
Home owner was very responsive to any questions we had
House also comes with any beach toys you would need.

I cannot say enough nice things about this property! It’s even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures, a perfect location, very family friendly and the owner is extremely helpful and responsive. Anytime we can get back to this area, we will be looking to stay here again!

I’m a bit fussy about rental houses and rarely leave reviews (Sr. Loretta always used to say, “if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say a thing at all”). There are a few things that I look for and this house did them all extremely well - decor, comfortable mattresses, and good water pressure in the shower. I even peeled back the sheets to see what kind of mattress I was sleeping on bc I need to replace a mattress at my house soon (Bamboo, BTW). The only downside was the hurricane/tropical storm that went through while we were there, but at least we had lovely surroundings while we were stuck inside.
