Great accommodations close to the Kentucky Expo Center. Spent 4 night here during a show with coworkers and really enjoyed it.

The location was perfect for us and so very convenient. The property itself had everything our group needed and it was very neat and well kept. I am planning a couple of other bourbon tours with other friends/groups and will definitely inquire again for this house.

My family and I come in town for our family reunion and desired to all stay under one roof vs a hotel. This house has plenty of bedrooms and space. So you do not feel cramped. Not to mention conveniently located to the interstate, stores, downtown. The owner is responsive, one the propane tanks was empty and he responded quickly and brought another over. I highly recommend this property without hesitation.

This checked nearly all of our boxes. Great kitchen. Patio with fire pit nice to relax around in the evening. Bedrooms were accommodating. My only issue was VRBO had this listed with 8 beds, however they counted the pullout sofa and futon.

This property was great. 5 bedrooms worked well for the 5 friends who stayed. This property is also close to groceries, restaurants and just about everything else you want. Very comfortable and the patio out back was a great place to unwind and visit. Absolutely recommend.

We came in for a long weekend and found this house close to campus and the Expo Center. It was an amazing house for the ten of us. Plenty of bedroom space! House was renovated with modern conveniences with an awesome outdoor patio area. Plenty of parking and extremely easy access to road and highway access. We were very close to the airport but it was not an issue with noise! I would stay here again without reservation!

The property is very convenient. The house is arranged to feel comfortable but yet private if necessary depending on the guests you bring. All the bedrooms had great pillows and mattresses. We stayed there to have a small family get together.
Extremely clean would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed in this beautiful home with our daughters and their husbands and our almost 2-year-old granddaughter. The home is beautiful, the beds are VERY comfortable, and we really enjoyed the patio! We would have liked to have one more place to sit in the living room, because we had six adults, but the hearth provided additional seating for us to sit and enjoy time together. The upstairs was great for a couple and a toddler. There's a small bedroom off of one of the upstairs bedrooms and we put the crib in there. There is also a seating area upstairs. Changes to the messaging system caused some delays in receiving messages on VRBO, but the property manager was very responsive by phone. We were within walking distance of Craft House Pizza, which we highly recommend. We had breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast which is only a few minutes away and had a great time in downtown Louisville at the Kentucky Science Center and Mussels and Burgers Bar. We will stay at Bourbon house again! Louisville is a great halfway point for the whole family to meet and this house is perfect for us!

Lovely house!
I have rented many properties through VRBO and this is one of my favorites! Let's start at the beginning.
Brandon was very effective with communicating all information pertaining to the house - even provided concierge info. I had already made reservations with distilleries before this but would definitely reached out otherwise,
The house itself was amazing! Lots of space for everyone! It was very clean and I loved that each room had a basket of towels and washcloths. It was a nice touch. Each bathroom had plenty of toiletries which was really appreciated.
The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, and there was plenty of coffee and a Keurig - we loved that!
The backyard was a fun place to hang out and relax.
Brandon was easy to reach during our stay and quickly addressed any questions we had.
Overall it was a really great house, very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it for groups.

Louisville/New Albany Visit
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was charming, comfortable, safe, and well-stocked with essentials. We slept like a dream in the beds, loved sitting out on the patio, spent lots of time gathered around the large dining room table, and loved every minute of it all, My young nephews enjoyed watching the planes take off and land at the nearby airport; and though we were close by, the noise was not an issue at all! Definitely recommend!

Archery trip
We stayed here with our kids and grandkids because two of them were participating in the National archery tournament at the Kentucky Expo Center. It was a 5 minute drive. Holidays in KY
The property was just as pictured and was clean and well kept. I was there during during the Christmas holidays and it was quiet. The house is next to a busy street and occasionally you would hear the traffic outside, however it was not distracting. The beds were super comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen is open into the dining room and large enough to gather family together. I appreciated the different types of coffee, creamer and sugar provided. I didn't have time to do any grocery shopping until after Christmas Day and the coffee supplies were great to have on hand. There is plenty of parking in front of the house and a nice backyard courtyard area to hang out. I would stay here again.

Family Reunion
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and seating area allowed for cooking and talking, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and enough plates/utensils. Our favorite spot was the patio. To anyone who is not sure about renting, I would tell you that if you do. You will not regret it. I would definitely rent again!

Great rental! Would stay again
Space is clean, the common spaces are all amazing: the dining room has nice space for a sit down dinner for 8, the living room is very cozy and can accommodate everyone, the kitchen is also spacious. The outdoor space is fantastic. When the outdoor fireplace gas was out, it was filled the next day. The toiletries (not 3 in 1, but separate body soap, shampoo, conditioner) was a great touch; the makeup wipes were hands down the best part about any rental I've ever been in. There is a personal concierge, who should get in touch at least a few weeks/months in advance. Overall, the house has been newly renovated, it's not high end furnishings but absolutely perfect for a short-term rental. The location is close (Uber/drive) to hotspots, and was extremely convenient for our group that was largely flying in (2 min drive from airport). Host was very accommodating, and allowed our group to check in much before time; check in process was seamless. Check out instructions on the back of the front door was very helpful too.

Clean, large enough for 8 of us and had all the amentities that no one likes to pack (towels, soap/shampoo, coffee & more). 10-15 minutes from downtown Louisville and right near the highway to head to the other distilleries. Only hiccup is that it can be a bit noisy at night as the airport is close by but not noticeable enough to drive you crazy. 10/10 would stay here again.

USA Volleyball Large Group Stay
Had an excellent experience staying here with a group of 12 adults playing in the USA Volleyball tournament. The location to the Expo center was perfect and there was plenty of food options close by for our long days, including the Aldi right across the street. We all fit perfectly in the house and enjoyed the fenced in backyard with plenty of seating for us all. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed including lots of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this to any large groups!
