This little bungalow is so charming. We found it fresh and clean with sunny yellow walls, cheerful decor, and all the little special items that one may not remember to pack. We loved the little Keurig coffee maker and basket of pods, the bottle of wine, the filter pitcher and the bag of ice in the freezer. Each room is pleasant and comfy, with little personal touches. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. It was the perfect spot to stay for our sister trip to the art festival in Mt. Dora. We hope we get to come again!

This was our favorite cottage in the 10+ years we have been visiting Mt. Dora.
The cottage was comfortably and tastefully furnished. To say that the beds provided a restful night’s sleep was an understatement.
We were impressed with the thoughtfulness of the hosts in providing ‘extras’ such as a sewing kit, a tool kit, and a heating pad among other things!
The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. A cabinet in the family room was stocked with games and puzzles.
We look forward to returning to the ‘Cozy Cottage’ which definitely lived up to the description.

Clean, quiet neighborhood, and a nice 15 min walk into downtown Mt Dora or a minute drive to public parking there.

Stayed five nights and was not disappointed. Cottage was clean, check in was a breeze. Property was located nearby everything in mt dora. Will definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described. The pictures are accurate. The house is beautifully decorated, in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown. Unfortunately we were in Florida bury our Mother so we did not get to enjoy all the town of Mt Dora had to offer. I would definently stay at this cottage again.

The hosts of this property were very easy to communicate with. Offered great tips for things to do in the area and getting there quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in this place for a Highschool Bass tournament at it was perfect. The parking made it super simple for us to have our boat there. The amenities in the house were amazing as well. The beds were perfect after long days on the water. I will definitely be reaching out to stay again.

We absolutely loved this cottage. It was very clean and homey. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. Mount Dora has the cutest downtown with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Owner was very quick to respond, location is within walking distance of cute restaurants, quiet neighborhood, linens were nice, place was clean. If I had to say one thing that would’ve been a more convenient stay would be to have a coded door lock instead of having to keep up with keys. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was located close to downtown, was very well maintained. We had no problems within the house/ neighborhood. Plenty of room, decorated very nicely. Well stocked house! Good followup from the owners.
We were there for the holiday lights and weren't disappointed. Mount Dora was beautiful, the shops and people were welcoming and so many places to choose from.

Greystone Cottage is a very nice place to stay. Not only is it nicely furnished and very clean, any little thing you might need is provided. The kitchen has modern appliances, and just about every small appliance and cooking utensil you might need. Kimberly provided a welcome bottle of wine and a personal note. I highly recommend this VRBO!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it does not disappoint! Perfect location, super clean, spacious, great outdoor sitting area out front perfect for morning coffee. Kimberly is great to work with and left a wonderful birthday card and small gift for my special day. We will definitely stay here again!

Charming Cottage
This is a charming old cottage that has been renovated very well. It's on a quite street, and a 10-15 walk (depending on how fast you walk) from down town Mt. Dora.

The house is very well equipped, maintained and located. The parking in town was nonexistent but we could walk anywhere from the house. Host Kimberly was lovely.

The cottage was very cute and clean. Great location within walking distance to downtown Mt. Dora. The owners were very quick to respond and very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If and when the MLF comes back to Harris Chain my husbands says there is no other place we will stay.

This was our first time in Mount Dora for a family wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay and had coffee readily available! The layout makes it easy to be together or spread out as needed. There is plenty of parking for several cars.

This was our first time in Mount Dora for a family wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Cute little home in Mt. Dora
We very much enjoyed our stay in this little home! Most everything you need to cook meals if you want. If not food is just a short walk or drive away. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight if you have a boat and truck and have someone else staying that has a vehicle also but doable. Had a great stay.

We had everything we needed at this location. Convenient to great restaurants and to flea market, the reason we came Mt. Dora. After a long day at the market with our friends we returned to rest and play games. It was our home away from home. We would love to stay here again.

We arrived at the scheduled time and was greeted by a clean and welcoming home. We were close to downtown and other restaurants in the area. The home was exactly as described, and we enjoyed our stay.

We had everything we needed at this location. Convenient to great restaurants and to flea market, the reason we came Mt. Dora. After a long day at the market with our friends we returned to rest and play games. It was our home away from home. We would love to stay here again.

One suggestion that we have is that a hand rail might be installed between the dining room and the third bedroom! Also, the safety bars might be useful in the bath with the tub.
All in all, we are grateful to have found this cottage because of all the extras that Kimberly provided to her guests! We will definitely be renting this house on our next visit.

We had a great time in a convenient location. The rooms were rather small but typical for a house of that age. The yard would have been great for hanging out on the outdoor furniture but something was digging in the planter on the table and the yard had a funky decaying vegetation smell. We didn’t spend much time at the house.
