Our stay at Sedona West was perfect! The property had all we needed. The view from the kitchen window was like a picture - made us want to do dishes! Was great to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Early Morning coffee was usually with wildlife views. The hot tub was perfect for post hike relaxation. Small issue with washer was fixed immediately. Great stay and highly recommend!

Our group of six couldn't stop singing the praises of this property. It was comfortable with plenty of room, beds were great, location was perfect, kitchen well-appointed, and wonderful hot tub. The view was stunning and the neighborhood was lovely. Can't wait to return!

We had a fabulous time in this lovely house! So nicely appointed, great space, gorgeous red rock views from the deck, and lovely hot tub … enhanced our fun hiking several trails each day. We loved being within walking distance to uptown Sedona too! Our stay couldn’t have been better!

We absolutely loved this house. Having the very large and secure backyard was so wonderful. Our two dogs absolutely loved it. The location was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and provided everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again and again.

This was our first visit to Sedona. The home was as good or better than we had anticipated, and we were glad to be near Uptown. This made it easy for us to get to hiking, shopping, restaurants and attractions. And for being close to the center of Uptown, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful--and the view of the Red Rocks from the front door cannot be beat!!

The home is wonderful. There are plenty of towels, the kitchen has everything you could ever need from pots/pans to utensils and small appliances. The hot tub is the best part in my opinion. The house was very clean and the location is perfect!

Where do we start? Location -- absolutely perfect, 2 blocks from the downtown area where we could easily walk to the restaurants and shops. We could also walk a mile up to the Jordan Rd Trailhead for some amazing hikes, including the Brins Mesa trail. The views from our patio were so amazing, we loved to sit out early in the morning and at sunset just gazing at the mountains surrounding us. The house itself was perfect as well, very spacious with a large family room with plenty of room for all seven of us. The kitchen was also large and had everything we needed for our stay. After a long hike, we loved to relax in the hot tub. Sedona was a bucket list trip for our college reunion gathering and our VRBO house was the perfect spot!

This place is beautiful. The whole process was easy. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and very conveniently located. But let’s not pass over the AMAZING view in the morning at sunrise and evening at sunset. Very impressed with this property!

Stayed for a short family getaway. Property is in a nice location, great views, and has all the necessary amenities for a great time. Wonderful open floor plan to accommodate the entire family and socialize. Would visit again.

The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood with shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The views from the home are breathtaking! The kitchen was the most well stocked/equipped I have ever had in any rental!
However my only concern/negative comment is for a larger group. Although the backyard which is equipped with BBQ, tables, chairs and a hot tub and so peaceful and beautiful, it is only accessed either through one of the bedrooms or through the garage. It was perfectly fine for us since there were only 2 of us but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for a larger group. Other than that, we loved it!!

So that was super disappointing on many levels. The property is exactly as described and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is walking distance from several restaurants and shops. We had a towel bar that was broken when we arrived. The property management company responded quickly and fixed it the same day we called. The views are spectacular, the hot tub was clean and the home was fully stocked with anything you might need.

Overall LOVED the place. Very clean, spacious, and perfect neighborhood location close to all that is needed. The views from inside and out are amazing - the pictures actually don’t do it justice! Our stay was during a snowstorm so would have loved a functioning fireplace but other than that, 10 out of 10 stars!
