Just for overnight stay, good location closer to train and bus terminals, also easy access (by walking) to historic centre. The property management is friendly and always willing to help.
The surrounding areas are lacking of appeal, dirty. Ammenities in the room are minimal (e.g. no tea or coffee which are common from comparable accommodation offers).

The hostel is in a very central (and smart) zone.
The room and the bathroom were clean.
The host very kind.
Wi-Fi does work💪
The elevator is for free🤟

The room was clean and as pictured on the listing. It was very close to the Train station (5-10 min walk) but also was easy to walk to the more central areas of Naples. Once we received the check in instructions via whatsapp, they were very easy to follow.
The surrounding area was a little untidy and did not feel the most safe. While this is not the fault of the accomodation providers, I feel it is important to note especially if someone is travelling alone . Close proximity to train station meant there was some noise from the lines so not good for light sleepers.

Rosaria lo mejor del B&B
La cama no era comoda y el baño perdia agua el WT y la ducha se inundaba. A las 10 de la mañana nos vinieron a golpear la puerta fuertemente para que salgamos de la habitación. Me pareció muy grosero
