We enjoyed our stay in LaVerkin. It was a lovely home away from home for us to explore two National Parks, Zion and Bryce. It also gave us a place to hang out with our family-- nine people in all-- in the evening. We enjoyed the view of the mountains in the daylight and stargazing at night.
The house was clean and well supplied with necessities like tp and paper towels etc, which was not the case with other rentals we have stayed at.

We were very impressed overall. For the older members of our group, the sofa was not comfortable due ease of getting up (or lack there of). Spent most time sitting at table instead. They would have liked other chairs. The view was AMAZING!!!

Very easy booking. House was very well stocked. Loved the back deck and the gorgeous views. The gas firepit was great. Very close to many of our planned destinations! Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located between Zion national Park and St George with the joining beautiful state and local parks for hiking. All the bedrooms are a decent size and the living room is quite large, with a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely consider staying here again if in the area and would recommend to friends. The owners were also very responsive and considerate.

Great location, Zion was 25 minutes away from the house. Shopping and food close by.. House was very clean but as described, has a few cosmetic flaws. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our visit included two families with 8 people total (4 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids). Even with this diverse group everyone was able to get a comfortable bed. The house has an air hockey table, small basketball hoop and foosball in the garage. Follow that with a nice park that is walking distance, and this is a win for kids. Cable Internet was fast and capable enough for all the devices we brought. The house is close to Hwy 9 and a 30-minute drive to the entrance of Zion National Park. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to cook meals at the house. There were some maintenance issues (kitchen sink faucet leak), but nothing too major. We would stay again.

Great place and location
This place was awesome. Location was close to many attractions. Host was willing to answer all questions we had in a timely manner. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of room for the kids. View is gorgeous and there is a park across the street which the kids enjoyed. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be small minor repairs around the home. Couldn’t use the kitchen faucet to fully capacity because it leaked. The main bathroom shower head would also be better if replaced. You had to stand very close to where the faucet is located to have the water run over your head. These were just minor things and would still recommend this place. We had a great time and made lots of family memories. We had to cancel our Yellowstone trip last minute and this place and location was the perfect replacement.

Perfect for kids!
We enjoyed our stay in la verkin. It was a beautiful 25 minute drive from zions national park. The home was perfect for kids because it is right across the street from a park and has toys and games. Very spacious!!

There were 6 of us staying at this house and it was perfect for our group. The house is comfortable and clean. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great place!
We were a family group of 7 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms with king size beds were very comfortable. The outside back patio was lovely for relaxing on after a day out. Great views too. We loved the washer and dryer after 4 days of camping. The place is not brand new but clean and attractive. Another couch or arm chair in the living room would be my only suggestion.

Nice accommodation
Our group of 7 adults enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is spacious, well kept, clean and with a good view from the backyard patio. All amenities were well provided. It’s location is convenient to major attractions like Zion and Bryce. We also got prompt responses from the host throughout.
Having only 2 (full) bathrooms was a little inconvenient at times for such a large group. It would have been great had it been a en suite master bedroom so the bedroom is still accessible while others taking a shower. Regardless, we would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Zion area.

Southwest Roadtrip
We stayed at this house in LaVerkin for 2 nights on our Roadtrip visiting the National Parks in Utah and Arizona. There were 5 senior citizens in our group. We loved the spaciousness of this home with 4 good sized bedrooms. It was clean, well-stocked, very comfortable, quiet, and a wonderful respite after a day in Zion National Park. Only concern was the bathroom situation. There were no safety features for seniors (eg grab bars in the tub/shower, no bath mat to prevent slipping) and there was a musty oder coming from the bathroom. These concerns did not detract significantly from our stay, but may be a factor to consider for anyone with mobility issues. We still would highly recommend the home and would stay there again.

Quick trip
This home is spacious and Laid out well for a group. The carpet was old and my daughters bedroom had an odor to it. The towels need to be replaced. The home is close to Zion.
