Everything was great, very clean, we didn't miss anything. The terrace and the view from the terrace were amazing. We rented a car and we always found a parking place on the street.

Sehr geräumig, sauber und modern (Apartment im 4.Stock).
Parkplätze waren zumindest im Oktober kein Problem an der Straße zu finden.
Wohnung hat sich selbst im Oktober sehr schnell aufgeheizt, aber Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert.
Ausblick vom Balkon zwar sehr schön, aber sehr stark befahrene Straße unterhalb und zum draußen sitzen zu heiß und ungemütlich.
Matratzen waren ziemlich hart.

Very nice and good looking apartment. Clean, The kitchen was well equipped, bus station very close with good links.
Too much noise in the front room as the balcony is near the main road. And it’s a very busy road all day.

First of all, this is an entirely virtual booking. You never meet another human being unless you run into the cleaning staff in the building! In essence you are given a code that works for both your apartment door and the front entrance. I admit it was off-putting at first, not to have anyone except a computer to deal with, however the apartment is kept in terrific shape and is extremely clean and comfortable. The door code worked well. And in the end we really didn't need any assistance. I give the facilities an A+ in terms of comfort and predicting our needs. WiFi worked super well, A/C units did too.
So the area is on a busy road. On the weekends it's extremely difficult to find parking and we had to go up and down the block several times and wound up with a long walk. There were no restaurant recommendations in the area, which would have been nice. So between the virtual-ness of the whole experience and the fact that the area was kind of lacking in people it felt a little desolate.

Everything about the apartment was so perfect! The location, the actual surrounding area, the apartment in itself, the facilities - everything was perfect! This apartment completely exceeded expectations and we loved our stay - so much so that we have already decided we’ll be booking this exact same apartment again the next time we come to Malta! (:

That place was truly above and beyond my expectations. Amazing, modern design, well equipped kitchen with toaster and good caffe machine, the best balcony view I have ever had, each room with separate bathroom. Super worth it. If I’d ever go to Malta I’d stay exactly there! :) To be honest I don’t know how someone can complain for the street noise having such wonderful balcony view (you can hear cars, indeed, but it is not like you cannot use the balcony or have the windows open, come on). Both bedrooms were super cosy, with comfortable beds, air conditioning and also super quiet.

The apartament is relatively new, spacious and with everything a tourist can ask for. Washing machine, microwave, AC... We even had 3 bottles of water in the fridge, coffe capsules, detergent, kitchen roll.
The matress was really hard. I never slept on a matress like this and every bone in my body hurt even after we left. The areea is full of unfinished and closed down buildings. The street was undergoing reparations, and nearbuy builders made noise and a terrible dust. Every day we escaped from this area with a Bolt and paid a lot for commuting. There is nothing we could do nearby. The restaurant in horrible. No parking possibilities.

I was in second floor, the cables in front of the balcony it made the beautiful Seaview less attractive.

This apartment was amazing in side. Great facilities, spacious and clean
However the main draw of the property was the balcony and nice view. When we arrived the view was obstructed by large power lines. Would be better if it was clear from Booking.com which apartments had a good view and which ones didn’t.

Very close to the water, modern well appointed flat with air conditioning, nice views and a washing machine and dishwasher to boot. Also a handy elevator to get to the top floors and close to a very good dive center.
There is a very busy road to cross to get to the beach, and the area has a dearth of decent restaurants (issues not related to the flat). Minor gripe, the top sheet on the bed was the size of a handkerchief. And the water in one of the showers had a tendency to flow under the toilet rather than the drain.

Fantastic flat, spacious, clean, very well equipped and totally new. We absolutely enjoyed everything. I loved the location, very close to the water and place we did the snoerkling. 2 restaurants in very close proximity, grocery shop just 5 mins away by foot. Highly recommending!

Everything - luxury apartment that has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Really liked dishwasher, view from the balcony, AC and plenty of crockery and glassware.
Nice touch to have a few bottles of chilled water in the fridge on arrival.
We've been driving around all the time so can't really advice on public transport.
Mattress a bit firm, but got used to it after first night

The flat is luxury finished and we loved the under floor heating in the bathrooms. Very well maintained and clean! The owner was responsive too.
The washing machine is situated in the back terraced exposed to the weather with no sheltering which could pose a hazard. Also, the mattresses are very hard and not comfortable and the quilts are too small for the beds.
