We had a Tatar if 14 people they only provided 15 towels those towels included using hot tub, ask for more and received nothing, toilet ran in one bathroom , shower in master bathroom clogged, fireplace did not work, we fixed, bbq put did not work, ran out of toilet paper, and not toiletries in bathrooms, you think paint $16k for a house for a week that these things would be handled, and to further smack you in the face they offered us a $27.00 yes $27 dollar credit for the clogged shower that we fixed!!

We loved the view, the charm, the jacuzzi, the playroom, the kitchen, the dining room, the fireplace, the ceiling fans, and all the bedrooms!!!!

There was a paint tarp on a chair in the balcony. There was an empty coke bottle on the deck where the jacuzzi was at. There are some drill circles in the master bedroom. Some lights in the master bathroom are out and it seems like the extractor fan in master bathroom wasn't connnected/working. The house was extremely hot when we got there (like 89 degrees) and we had to open many doors/windows to get it to cool off. One of the thermostats fell off just by touching it and it was uncertain if it would work to adjust room temperature (upstairs eastern bedroom). There were some parts that looked like painter's tape was still on the wood (above kitchen). There was a picture that looked like it should be hung somwhere just sitting in the coffee table.
