Excellent location, vendors and stores right outside of the hotel. Great location for taxis. They can arrange transportation to the airport. This will become our go to hotel in Guadalajara.
The terrace did not have a good view, it was kainly a terrace to the outside could not see street or anything.. I dont know if this is true for all the terrace suites but this was not worth it. I would still stay here but would not pay extra for a terrace unless it actually leads to the streets.

The young man in front, I believe his name was Mishael, was very helpful, kind and friendly. Gave us many recommendations of things to see, directions, info on tours. He had a smiling face every time we walked in the door.
The hotel as a whole was lovely, ideal location for tourists like us, room was very clean, maid service excellent and rooftop restaurant delightful with a lovely view.
We thought the hotel was perfect.

It was close to where I needed to do business
The lobby, the corridors need a refresh. Tired discombobulated Furniture in the lobby. The hallway corner on our floor look like it hadn’t had a paint job in five years filthy dirty walls.. The Landscape area around the bar was half dead. The hanging plants in the bar half of them were dead.
