The owner was extremely helpful though the agency was not.

Location was nice, just a few blocks to downtown Palm springs. Right next t a road that can be busy at times. Place is older, with charm, but could use update on linens. Washer dryer en suite is nice.

This condo was, overall, a great place to stay for a month, in central Palm Springs. Three blocks away from the main drag, a reasonable rate, very clean, and a quiet complex with pool, hot tub and tennis courts. A few downsides--the condo needs some updating to the bathrooms and kitchen. Everything functions and is clean, but it feels dated. The only other critique, and this is my main one, is that it was problematic enjoying the small outdoor deck because the downstairs neighbor smoked outside through the day and evening, and the smoke blew directly onto the deck, and into the apartment when I had the screen door open. What a bummer. That made the promise of indoor/outdoor living not as realistic. Overall, a good condo in a great location.
