Everything was as it said it was aside from the pool is much smaller than the pictures showed but still very nice! Baby gate was broken but we worked around that. All together we had a great time!

Great location close to the beach. Loved the 2nd story patio with bar-height chairs. Unconventional arrangement with bedrooms on the bottom floor and living area on the second floor. We REALLY liked it. The whole home is super clean and the bathrooms had plenty of towels for our family of four. The location is quiet and without drama. The owners are responsive and it's obvious they value their property. I would 100% consider staying at this location again.

3RD time we have stayed here and it is always super clean, nice amenities, quiet and relaxing. Plan on staying here anytime we come to port a or corpus.

This property is really close to the beach, it was like a 2 minute walk. It was very clean and pretty spacious. We had about 6 people and it fit everyone really well. Its really cute and it was at a great location!

This was my 1st time staying on this part of the beach. Everything about this property was fantastic. It was well stocked. Great location to the beach, a very short walk. I will definitely rent this unit again.

Everything you need for a relaxing visit to the beach. We loved walking on the seawall and watching coyotes from the balcony at dusk. For a longer stay, be sure to check the supplies on hand before you shop bc things like trash bags are provided in limited quantities.

The weather was horrible. The gas went out on the island so our dinner reservations were canceled twice. I got a speeding ticket. I dropped and shattered my phone. BUTTTTTTT the property was wonderful. It was very clean. Loved the heated pool. If it wasn't for this nice property our weekend would have sucked. :-)

Very conveniently located to the beach. Excellent location gave us good access to dining and fun on the island. Pool was very enjoyable. Very convenient layout for long stays with groups.

The unit was nice, it was clean, had 3 beds , pool was ok. A bit of a walk to the beach - especially if hauling stuff with kids. Had 3 bathrooms which was great when it was time for the whole family to clean up.only complaint- is I reached out for address and info on how to get in and was told it would be sent after the cleaning crew prepared the unit. I drove 4 hours and got to the address but didn’t have a unit number or instructions to get in. I sat in car for an hour trying to get ahold of the owner to gain entry. Also the fire alarms kept chirping throughout the night and there were no replacement batteries so we had to just remove them.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was as great an experience this time around. Clean as a whistle, stocked with everything we’d need for a family of four over four days, and just a hop and a skip to the beach. Thanks again :)

You can walk to the beach but to me it was better to drive. Loaded everything in the car and driove right on the beach. Well stocked supploes clean and comfortable bed.

We loved our stay, this condo was perfect for our family. We have two little kids 3 and 5 and they really enjoyed the bunk bed. The house was very nice, perfect size, great location, very clean, comfy beds. Very close walk to the beach. We loved the kids pool and the nice balcony. Owners were very easy to message with any questions. Loved everything about our stay. We will definitely be going back!!

Our stay was great, the place smelled wonderful and was clean. The only issues we had was a couple of drains being clogged, the washer had mold in it, and the coffee maker took forever (no big deal). I would suggest updating a couple of things, but aside from that it was perfect! Not AS friendly for baby/toddler due to stairs, but we managed to block it off! The check in in/out process was easy!

The beach is within walking distance and home is very well kept

We stayed at this property while I played in the tennis tournament in corpus this past weekend. It was a great place for our entire family to stay plus our dog and everyone had a fantastic time. It is very close to the beach and the house made everything feel like home.

I loved this rental more than any other one I’ve been to at the beach. It’s better than the pictures. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best time. The hosts were amazing and so helpful.

We were amazed by how nice this property was. We have stayed in this area for multiple years at different properties and this has been the best so far. The guest bedroom had 4 beds total and could easily sleep several kiddos. There were so many included things such as towels, toys for the kids, beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards which our 2 boys loved! The beds were super comfortable, linens were great quality, the towels were large and super soft, not small and thin like most places we have stayed. Upstairs was spacious and had a great layout. The kitchen are had everything we needed and then some including everything you need for a cup of coffee or tea including creamer and honey. The dishes, pots and pans were great for making a meal and with a family of 2 young boys, we appreciated the plastic dishes as well as ceramic. The view from the upstairs patio was perfect! We definitely enjoyed coffee/tea on the patio with the sunrise and being able to see the ocean. Perhaps our favorite feature was that the stairs had really good slip guards so little feet didn’t slip going up and down the stairs. In the community are some great restaurants and tourist attractions. Doc’s steak and seafood, Snoopy’s, and the ice cream shop next to Snoopy’s are great locations but there are so many good ones to list. For a family friendly outing, Funtrackers is only 10 minutes away and has go karts, arcade, and other rides and is a great place to spend a hot afternoon. Overall, this location is one of the best on the island. Thank you for the wonderful location to make great memories!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Plenty of beds in the front room for our group of 4 kiddos to each have their own beds and bathroom separate from the master. House was clean and beds were super comfy! Everything we needed was there & although we weren’t able to use it- had a beach wagon with boogie boards & chairs you could use! Chad was super helpful with offering recommendations for restaurants for our mixed group and was very responsive- even when we had a last minute change to the reservation. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved the space and proximity to the beach! The wagon made the short walk super easy.
