Communication with the host was exceptional. Very friendly staff, very respectful and gets back to you quickly. The room was very clean, peaceful, good value for price. I stayed there for 3 nights as I had a training in Wolverhampton. Location is excellent, there was everything I needed to live there for a few days. It wasn’t luxurious - but again, for the price I paid I did not expect luxury. I would stay there again if I needed an affordable apartment to sustain myself for a few days.

Great location, excellent communication and ease of entry. Everything you need, cooking facilities, bathroom, beds, table and chairs TV etc
The mattresses need to be replaced, you can feel the springs. There were a few things that need addressing, but the team were very responsive and have taken comments on board.

The location was excellent, room and bathroom were very clean. Good communication with Annalise.
The bed mattresses were done, springs poking up very uncomfortable, told Annalise, she passed it on, nothing got done about it, we had to turn mattresses around. Room warm, couldn't open window as on front on bottom floor, fan helped a bit, no blind or net curtain in window.
