I liked the place it was in a good location v close to everything in town and the apartment set up was nice it was clean and the team got back to me really fast with any queries without any hassle. the set up and facilities were good and spacious. Great beds and pillows I would fall asleep straight away

Unfortunately there was a really bad smell kind of like a fishy odour that does need to get checked out as it was very prominent when I first entered the Room and whenever I would enter again. Also it would be better if they had a lift as I was struggling with my suitcase up the stairs. It got hot in the room as it’s summer so would recommend buying an AC and a paint job.

The apartment was clean and well presented. Beds were very comfy and facilities were great. Despite being close to the centre of Wolverhampton it was quiet and we slept well. The smart TV was a bonus, it meant we could play music while getting ready to go to the theatre. The booking process and arrival instructions were easy to follow. Staff communicated frequently before our stay with clear instructions. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

We were a little bit disappointed that there was no milk to make a cup of tea on arrival. As we only stayed for 1 night it didn't seem worth buying a whole pint from the shop. It took a few days for my deposit appear back in my account, it worried me slightly that I'd had no confirmation of the money being returned at any point after our stay. It did come through after a few days though.

Location

Like the entry system of using codes instead of keys, stops the stress of having to worry about where you’ve placed keys! The apartment was nicely decorated. Washing machine, private bathroom, oven, kettle, fridge, microwave etc provided. I would stay here again if I was in the area. The negatives I mention below aren’t so bad that it would stop me staying again, they’re merely what I disliked. Would recommend staying here to family and friends if the price was right.

There was a smell in the room, so had my windows open to try and ventilate the room. The smell would disappear once windows open, but would return when they were closed. The smell wasn’t the worst smell in the world, but maybe a little bit like old cigarette smoke? (Not sure I have correctly described the smell, but something like that which does get your attention when entering the room). I didn’t like the £150 deposit that you had to pay before arrival…I did get the money back swiftly after check out though!

Location of the property was great for working at the theatre. Plenty of shops around. The property was also very close the the train station. It was very clean.

The single bed was not a proper mattress, I did not sleep well during my stay. Back door to the building was constantly left opened and no way of locking it. Knives in the kitchen were not sharp for cooking.
