Highly recommended, clean & conveniently located to the beach & boardwalk. Property owner was very responsive & helpful. Only downfall was that the neighbors weren't friendly at all, made us feel unwelcomed...

Alonso and Anibal were so accommodating to all of our requests. We ran into a few issues with the complex (not just their unit, but everyone's water was shut off for about an hour) but it didn't affect us too much. Unfortunately, the complex has temporally revoked their use of the common areas (pool, parking lot, trash, and grill) which was a little bit of a disappointment, but we found other things to do, and the parking was only the next street down. They are only about a 6 min walk to the end of the boardwalk, which was fantastic. They also offered ammenities like beach passes, chairs, internet, and all tolietries were included, which was also a bonus! The listing says 4 people could sleep here, which is true, but the sofa bed is kind of small, so we ran out and got an air mattress. Walmart was only 20 min down the road. Dispite the minor issues I've explained above, we highly recommend their property. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and have everything you need. And their communication is top notch!
