Warm and inviting condo. Clean, well appointed, as described. Parking right in front, easy access to condo. Thorough communication with owners. Free laundry was a bonus. Easy 5 minute drive to mountain base and free parking lots. Quiet during our stay. Recommend Aceq in Arroyo Seco for dinner. Also Orlando's in Taos. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was excellently located, clean, and the host was very considerate and responsive. We enjoyed the backyard winter wonderland while relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day. The other guests were polite and only occasionally did we hear them while we were inside (the walls are a little thin). As mentioned in other the reviews the kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to prepare many of our meals. Overall, would stay again and recommend to friends and family!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 boys (10 & 13) for a week at Christmas. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and communication was phenomenal! We had a magical white Christmas, and we were so close to the slopes! We were able to be on the slopes within 5 minutes of leaving the house each day, and were able to relax in the hot tub at the end of each day. Thank you so much for a perfect family vacation!!

This condo in the Carson National Forest was a very convenient location for our trip to the Enchanted Circle Area. There are great hikes close to the condo as well as in the Taos Ski Area a few miles up the road. We visited Taos and took several scenic drives in the area. Our favorite part of the trip was experiencing the peak of the fall aspen colors!

This very clean and accessible condo has beautiful balcony view. It was well equipped for a variety of cooking and entertaining needs. Loft bedroom had adequate if limited headroom. Thank you for prompt and clear communications concerning the property and the community resources. A very pleasant stay.

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed everything the condo had to offer! It has an amazing view off the back deck, perfect size for a small family, and located close to the ski village!
Our favorite things were drinking coffee and watching the deer eat under the aspens behind the condo! We also loved the stream running through the back. It can relax anyone! 10/10

Pictures were accurate regarding the inside of the condo but they do not do the view justice, it was just beautiful all around! Condo was well stocked and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed a relaxing 3-night stay. The condo had everything we needed and we really appreciated the grill, hot tub, and laundry. The location was perfect for hiking and enjoying Taos Ski Valley. Would love to stay here again!

This was a lovely place to stay. We were in town or a concert at Kit Carson Park. It's really not too far and for the price way better than staying in a hotel in Taos.
The kitchen is well outfitted so we made dinner at the condo before heading to the concert. The sound of the stream is lovely.

I cannot describe enough how much we loved our stay! Our condo had everything we could have needed. It had the perfect view. It was clean, the check in process was easy, and it was quiet and relaxing. We had storage for the food we brought with us, and there was a grill and utensils had we decided to do that! It was far enough away, there wasn’t a ton of traffic, but it was also close enough that it wasn’t a hassle to drive to go out and see and do things! They were great with communication checking in with us regularly! Highly recommend! We hope to be back!

I was so pleased with the ease of check-in, the place was spotless, cozy, and incredibly convenient. Very close to Taos Ski Valley resorts, it was a perfect place to be! The owners were extremely communicative and friendly and I highly recommend this place! Beautiful location too!

We really enjoyed our stay. The king size bed is really comfortable, and the pull out couch is not shabby either. The hot tub was delightful after a day of skiing. The only negative I have about the property would be that there is no where to place your skis in the house without fear of causing damage. I recommend installing a ski rack. A few extra towels in the kitchen would be nice too.

The unit was very cozy and quaint. plenty accomdations,blankets,heaters they have it all covered! Gorgeous view and just minutes from ski valley. Perfect location! hit the grocery store in town prior to arriving and made wonderful warm soups amd different dinners in the crockpot they provided! Great vacay! Hot tub had breath taking views and worked great!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Streamside condo, it's a great couples getaway. Loved listening to the stream running behind the property. Can't say enough about Denise and William as the perfect hosts. They added a crock pot and grill to the condo after I had inquired about them after we booked the property. Thanks very much! We would be happy to stay there again.

The property's mountain and creek view was breath taking. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise, filled with great cookware, spices and Cuttery. The master king bed was a bit to manuver being in a low ceiling loft but the comfy bed, soft sheet and comforter makes up for it. We brought our son who is 6.4 and 300 lbs,; he had a great night on the pull out couch. They provided a memory foam for the bed and the same quantity sheets and comforter as the king bed above. These accommodations fit our family perfectly.

We stayed at William's place at the Streamside Condos, and it was even better than the listing photos! Very clean, supplied with everything you could possibly need and more. Gorgeous views and the sound of the river was heaven. The hot tub and the workout equipment was a bonus! Close to hiking, mountain biking, ski slopes, a short ride to adorable little towns, shops and restaurants in Arroyo Seco and Taos, as well as Taos Pueblo. The hosts were friendly, and their recommendations on hikes and restaurants were OUTSTANDING! We can't wait to come back!

I recently spent a few days at the property to do some hiking. The property is located within easy access to great trails and got some great advice from the host.
It was well equipped, with a full kitchen and all the utensils one might need to make a filling meal after all day hiking ... the jacuzzi was also a welcome relief for my sore muscles. I would absolutely stay again and/or bring my family.

This was perfect for our stay. Very easy and short drive in to Taos Ski Valley and easy to get to Taos and surrounding towns. Great hikes, one basically just outside the door. Got to watch the wildlife from the balcony and enjoy the sights/sounds of the river. Was just cozy enough for 2 while having all we needed. Communication with the owner was super easy and they provided a very informative welcome book that let us know about an awesome local organic market. Will definitely be back.

Condo is very nice and hosts were very accessible during our stay. Our only complaint would be the 2 ft beam that runs across the length of the loft and is only about 4 feet off the floor. It was very difficult to navigate around without bumping your head. Overall, our stay was great and the cool weather was awesome!

The pictures do not do it justice. This place was amazingly cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. The sound of the river was our favorite part and the hosts provided everything we needed. I will definitely come back again.

6th anniversary
Me and the wife rented this for our 6th anniversary. The cabin was very nice and clean and the back yard view is breath taking. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This was a great condo right next to the stream which we could hear if we left the door to the patio open, such a magical peaceful sound. Perfect for a single person or couple, though there is a pullout in the couch if you have kids or want to squeeze someone else in. The price was very reasonable and it had everything we needed
