Breakfast was great and so was staff!
Very clean and was great place to spend time with family.
Loved the rooms very accommodating and beds very comfortable.

Everything, very very clean and Maintained. And the front desk were very amazing and welcoming.
The pool was a Bit too small other than that everything else was fine.

Great rooms and bathroom was nice and spacious. Facilities are really nice.
The check in was great. The night of our stay we wanted to hang out on the lobby tables and chairs and were asked not to talk and the lights were dimmed. Possibly people before us were being loud in the lobby, but we would have liked to stay there and socialize.

Breakfast stops at 09:30 am. Why ?
We always stay at Holliday Inn express wherever we go, and for example, breakfast stops at 10:30 in Kingston Ontario, why not have a STANDARD breakfast time with all Express Inn ?
We thought it was standard, so we got there to eat at 10:00 am and it was closed, done, over !!! 😳 Not fun !!!

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent the rooms are beautiful and clean. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and families.
The pillows could be more supportive and we couldn't figure out how the bathroom fan operated.

Nice variety of decent quality food. Patio was very relaxing and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean room with nice smell .
the staff was very helpful, i just try to get milk for my daughter,but they don't have for sell...the stuff open the pantry and get some milk for my daughter. I appreciate for ben kind and helpful...i usually never get disappointed with holiday inn.

It was very convenient to get to this hotel. The hotel’s staff was friendly and courteous! If returning to Welland, we would book this hotel again.

The room was new, clean. We had a mini fridge and microwave in our room. The breakfast was good. I've booked a group for my daughter's wedding it was that good.

You can’t open windows in your room! I can’t use AC, so I couldn’t sleep because there was no air.

Rooms were large and clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. Have stayed in a few HIE&S and have never been disappointed.
The rooms were a bit pricey but were there for a tournament nearby. Many hockey and basketball families were staying there and probably priced because of that. Even still, could have been a bit lower.

Breakfast was decent. Staff quite friendly.
Unfortunately, it was hockey tournament time. Young kids were excited.
