location and rustiness of the cottage, beds were comfortable

Property was not very clean, humidity everywhere and the smell of it made it very uncomfortable … it felt like the place had been deserted, beautiful gardens had completely neglected such a shame ! beautiful place and location but the place needs to be maintained and a thorough clean needs to be done

Doors to rear yard wouldn't close and need repair.

The property and the garden were lovely, it was better than the pictures. The only thing is that it's a little further away from town which is not a big deal if what you want is a quiet country stay.

There was a little bird chirping right by the bedroom window every morning that woke us up like an alarm. The door to the sunroom is a bit hard to open which should be fixed with a little bit of lubricant.
