De lokatie was echt fijn voor een stedentrip: het appartement zat echt midden in de stad nabij leuke eetgelegenheden etc. De indeling van de woonkamer is goed en de bedbank ook.

Het is jammer dat de WC in de badkamer zit; dat is altijd al waardeloos, maar helemaal als je met vrienden op pad bent... Onpraktisch zijn de deuren van de slaap- en de badkamer die tegen elkaar open gaan.

I really liked the city of Enschede. I fell in love with this small, friendly, romantic and cozy city. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with many delicious restaurants around. A very large room, a cozy balcony, a comfortable area for communication and relaxation in the living room. I liked the interior design. It was comfortable and beautiful

Perfect location, good price, and really large space. My room is on the top floor so there is really a good view. Facilities are overall quite new.

The heating system is not working well. But an electric heater is provided so still acceptable. On the first day the hot water in the bathroom somehow seemed to be used up.

It is centrally located, close to the train and bus stations and shops, cafes and restaurants. It had big windows and was well lit.

It is poorly decorated and its furniture is of low cost and low quality, mostly made of plastics and rough metals. The bed mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were of the poorest quality. The doors of the bedroom and the bathroom faced right each other and it was difficult to open one without hitting the other. Both doors were badly damaged. The trash can was severely damaged. The shower had weak pressure and the wifi was often weak.

Het was niet schoon, ver overpriced. Voor het geld dat je krijgt mag het allemaal netter en iets luxer. Daarnaast was het personeel op voorhand in communicatie niet echt meedenkend.

No air conditioner

Location, size of apartment, free Wi-Fi and tv channel, and staff very friendly.

No Laundry machine, it will be perfect if they provide the laundry machine for short stay as well.

Very kind people

Lilian who Checked us in at the Residence was very polite, and welcoming. Both she and her mother who is the cleaning lady went out of their way to make our short stay comfortable.

Really amazing facilities, clean with amazing balconies. perfect in the summer sun. It is downtown, and easy access to everything in town.

Location is great! Walking distance to everything you need.

The apartment was rather dusty, floor was a little sticky and our socks got very dirty walking around the apartment. It could do with a better clean.
