Квартира находится в самом лучшем районе, тут нет толп туристов, можно наблюдать за катерами сидя за столом на кухне! Рядом были вкусные кафе вдоль канала. Квартира со стильным интерьером, с видом на канал, с мансардными окнами, которые автоматически можно было закрыть. Очень понравилось, как подобрана мебель в квартире - сочетание пластика, кожи, дерева. Нам было очень уютно! Вход в апартаменты с садика, где стояли столики и стулья

Canal view is nice. Apartment was clean. Location is quiet. Washer is a nice amenity. It has a nice, homey feel. We felt at home. Great fur a couple.

Listing shows a double wide sofa bed, but all that is offered is a very small single chair that folds out from a chair to an uncomfortable "bed". Therefore, this listing is only good for one or two persons and no more. Air conditioning was broken during our stay in June 2026. I assume it should be fixed now. Toilet seat was broken during our stay. Dangerously loose. The problem with this was it was mentioned in an earlier review and was not repaired yet by the time we arrived. This is unacceptable. The door handle fell off the patio door. This was repaired during our stay. The other door handles were of poor service and should be replaced. The courtyard seating with the orange cushions in the photos is not nearly as inviting in person. Nor is it private, it is shared space. There are 5 canal photos in the listing that are not the canal you are on. Photos 3, 5, 22, 36 and 38 are neighborhood canals, not the one the window opens to. You will be on photos 14 and 37.

Good size flat with air conditioning and agreeable environment

Was advised to call the owner when at the boat station in late afternoon. Yet they were 40 minutes late for checking in because they thought we will be coming later… When you’re tired after a long travel and only have 2-3 days in Venice, this is not how you want to spend your time (in the burning sun). Ah, and when comes check-out time, you’re supposed to be out at 11 max without even 1 minute delay… Also, shockingly, we have been told that we should carry our own rubbish to the Guglie bridge (500m) during specific limited times (close on Sunday…). Really??
