One of the best flats we’ve stayed so far. Very close to station (within 5min walk) yet as its located in an alley so it was quiet too 👍A lot of dining and stores around, good space for family and wonderful facilities including washing machine, washing powder and a balcony. Friendly staff and communication online. Would totally recommend to anyone for sure!
Floor is made out of wood or some thinner material so it’s easy for kids to make noises when moving around and we got a little tensed since don’t want to disturb neighbors. The first night in we had a bit of problem finding the correct control penal for turning hot water on (we later realized it’s the same panel as the one in the bathroom). Other than that is a wonderful experience.

Hotel location is near subway and supermarket so that it’s very convenient.
The room is clean and comfortable. The room provides most of the daily necessaries.
Although toilet paper is enough, no spare tissue paper is available.
If the hotel provides better quality cooking pots or tools, we will be more appreciative.
The ikeshita station area guide is needed to be updated.

The owner were very responsive to our questions/inquiries. The apartment was very nice and provided us with all the necessary amenities. We would definitely book this place again when we come back.

Everything about the apartment was great. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, the sheets on the bed were so soft that I didn't want to get up. The instructions of all the facilities were easy to follow. The apartment was well laid out and even with 4 of us it never felt cramped. Would stay again.
