We were not in the house much because we had a lot of things on our list. That being said, when we got to the house we knew it was “us”. The floors, doors, furnishings, cleanliness… It was all good. We are huge fans of older homes with new life. You will want for nothing and you can easily walk to town for a bit of shopping or something to eat and it’s very close. If you want granite countertops, forget it, if you want perfect, this is it. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We stayed here to visit this adorable town and to participate in the Mayberry 10K. We were able to walk to the starting line which was right up the street. The home and neighborhood was lovely!
Will book again next year!

The house was in the perfect location and it was like stepping back into time. My daughter was obsessed with the record player and enjoyed every minute there. The house was very clean and even though it was an older house it still had all the modern features. We will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay at Bradley Cottage. It is such a cute home that fits in perfectly with the theme of Little Mayberry. It is within walking distance to Wally's Station, the Mayberry Courthouse, and not too far of a walk to downtown Mt. Airy. We have already shared the information to book it with our family and friends!

This was a perfect home for my sister and I on a Sisters Roadtrip! The home was so cute and absolutely perfect for us with the 2 well appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful linens! We both slept so well! The bathroom was perfect too with plenty of room with everything you would need to shower and dress! We loved sitting on the front porch and resting after a long ride to get there! We met the caretaker, and I am sorry to have forgotten her name, but she was a delight to talk to! She does a wonderful job keeping the home clean and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and if you are in the area, you would be fortunate to stay in this lovely home! If we return to the area, for sure, this would be the first place we would inquire to stay! Thank you for the awesome experience!

We have stayed in Mt. Airy annually for the last 10 years and a few years ago switched to rentals. Bradley Cottage is in a perfect location for the events we attend. It is comfortable with plenty of room for us. The kitchen had all we needed and I loved having a full refrigerator and freezer. We are already booked for next year and look forward to hopefully making this our place to stay when in Mt. Airy.

A step back in time. My mother and I were greeted by wonderful clean smell when we walked in. The sweet little house was just perfect for a little mother daughter get away. Very clean and organized, special touches, owner communicated well. An older home but very nice and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend. Wally's Filling station is right at the corner where you can get a tour in one of the sheriff cars. A great stay and wonderful town.

This property is perfectly nestled close to the “Mayberry” attractions! Beautifully appointed and comfortable for our family of five. The owners even have a few extra necessities available to make your stay even better! The charm of this property shines through at every turn. I would love to stay again soon!

Traveled to PA for a nephews graduation and wanted to make some fun stops on our way home. This little house was perfect. It was spotless and had such a cute layout. It was close to Wally’s Service Station where we got to ride in a patrol car for a town tour.
Very fun stop and the Bradley House on Korner Street was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Excellent location (just a very short walk to Wally's). We walked there and took the Mayberry tour in the sheriff's car. John and Emily were wonderful. They even messaged us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Highly recommend Bradley Cottage for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so close to town. Everything was spotless. There were plenty of linens and blankets. It smelled clean but not of chemicals (which is great because I don’t clean with chemicals). The house had plenty of room for our whole family and the kitchen was fully stocked. The description says it sleeps 6 (sleeper couch), but it’s not a full size sleeper couch it’s just a futon style. So unless 2 of those guests are under 5, it really wouldn’t sleep 6.

Loved the house! It was cozy and inviting. Close to the downtown area and the Squad Car Tours was just up the block. Would recommend staying there for any family wanting to visit Mt.Airy.

cozy and reminded of a house of yesteryear - that simpler, uncomplicated time when folks were not rushed and cared more about each other.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was well kept and as advertised.
The one small challenge we had was the television/cable was difficult to access. There were no instructions and it wasn’t a typical turn on and immediately use type cable.
Regardless, we were very satisfied with our stay.

What a sweet and very clean place. You couldn't ask for a better location. You really can walk to about anything from where you are staying. The living room sofa could stand to be replaced. It is very uncomfortable to just sit on but everything else is kind of perfect.

This place is adorable. Clean, homey, and very likeable. What a step back in time. We loved it!! Only a couple of houses away from seeing Mayberry and enjoying the old times. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting the experience of Andy Griffith and Mayberry.

Bradley Cottage was a wonderful, comfortable and well-priced placed to stay on my trip to Mt. Airy. The bed was super comfortable, the house was immaculate and cheery, and you can’t beat the location. It’s probably walkable to downtown, but I chose to drive. The owners have plenty of resources on restaurants as well as pamphlets on nearby things to do. And if you want to binge watch the Andy Griffith show, they have the dvd set. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Stayed at this property on the way driving to Florida. What a great find! Much better than staying in a hotel. It is perfectly located in downtown Mt. Airy just a few short steps from Wallys Service Station and the sheriff office of Mayberry. It is on a very quiet street with great off-street parking. The house has been renovated and was perfect for an overnight stay. Very clean and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing a mean including "southern grits" for breakfast. And for those that like Andy Griffith...there was a full set of DVD's of every show he made!!!
Would definitely give a 5 star plus rating!!!!

The cottage is perfectly located close to Main Street and popular tourist sights especially for “Mayberry” fans. The owners have kept the cottage charm which is lovely. It is super clean, has everything you would need to be comfortable and feel at home. We enjoyed watching the “Andy Griffith dvds too! Had a great time in this wonderful, friendly town and hope to return again!

This little cottage was everything we like about VRBO. Comfortable and convenient with the charm of a real home. We enjoyed wine tasting in the area, walked downtown, and relaxed watching Mayberry DVD's in the evening. Definitely recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my daughter's birthday after a day trip to Jolo Winery. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax. Wish thete was a mirror in the front bedroom to help with getting ready.
