The pool was great. It was clean and the kids loved swimming in it. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t much silverware and that was only for a family of 6.

4 Sea Hawk worked perfect for our group of eight (2 families of 4). The pool was a big hit with the kids, and adults. The beach is a very short walk to the end of the street. It was about 1-2 minutes to be on the beach. When booking this home, I was a little worried that we would be too far from the Coligny center. That was not the case at all. Coligny was only a 5 minute bike ride down the path. Overall, this home was great and exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.

This property was fantastic and would highly recommend. The pool/spa area was great and the deck around the pool was extremely spacious. The indoor area was clean and very nice...also spacious. The beach was only a few houses away. Overall this was a great stay and the communication from the rental company was excellent.

1. Codes. We rented this property because of the proximity to the beach. But we did not receive the code needed to use the gate at the end of the street to get to the beach. We had to call the property manager to obtain the code. The code should be easily available on the property. Speaking of codes, the Wi-Fi code on the property was incorrect. But we were able to guess the code. Oh, and those four (4) bikes that come with the house? No code available to unlock the bikes. Had to call the management company for that too. 2. The pool. We paid extra to heat the pool. The listing stated that the pool was serviced Saturdays and Wednesdays. When we arrived on Sunday, the pool was full of debris. I sent pictures to the management company, but no response. No service on Saturday. No service on Wednesday. The screen for the pool "sweeper" was missing, so we declined to clean the pool by hand. 3. The Windows. All the windows were locked shut because someone took off all the "cranks" to open the windows. The only way to get fresh air into the house was to open the back door on the first floor. No available fresh air on the 2nd floor. Felt trapped. 4. The house was generally what we expected. The location was great. But never again.
