Great stay- cabin is exactly as advertised. The creek is so relaxing and peaceful.
A rocking chair on the back porch would make it perfect! The space is super clean and smells amazing, the check in/out was easy. Will definitely try to come back!

Anakeesta is something you don't want to miss. Our daughter turned 37 and she wanted to eat at the Cliff Top restaurant and the view you can remember forever.
Our grandsons loved catching crayfish in Cosby Creek 50ft from our cabin. They were at another cabin and visited ours for the day.
If you like peaceful evening with a flowing creek out your door this should be on your bucket list.

This property is beautiful! The flowing creek was so soothing to sit and listen to and was not nearly as cold as I thought it would be! Although I was on my own for a last minute trip this would be perfect for a couple or friends. It’s about 40 minutes to Gatlinburgh and Pigeon Forge, but it’s seclusion makes the drive worth it!
Anita was so easy to work with! Everything you need to cook with is there and dollar general stores are close! I would definitely consider Buts on the Creek cabin in the future!

The cabin was very nice and very clean but we kept seeing large black ants throughout the cabin. The creek was beautiful and having the fire pit nearby was a bonus. I wish they had cut the grass before we came; it was a little high for spending time outdoors.

The things I liked: The property is very clean, everything is well organized. Instructions are clear. comfortable bed(s). I will not mind going back again.
Uncomfortable things: Found black ants and even a bug in the kitchen.
Improvement Suggestion: Well documented notes on how to access WIFI.

If you are looking for quiet, seclusion... this cabin is for you. Spacious, clean, reasonably priced. Close to GSMNP, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, white water rafting in Hartford, boating/fishing/skiing on Douglas Lake, and Newport, TN. There is a beautiful, wide, swift running creek behind the property that gives a relaxing babbling sound like no other. No bugs! We were surprised at the lack of flying insects as we relaxed by the fire pit one evening. Until we noticed the small bats flying high above the tree tops doing their job: eating all the flying critters! Magical! Don't miss this hidden gem.

The cabin was spotless and smelled nice. We enjoyed the creek and grilling out. The only issue was oddly one night we had several dozen ants disperse when picking up dirty clothes. This was in the closet located in the bedroom to the right.

They are always in your business. I went for a bag of ice about 3 miles away and left 17 year old there with a 10 year old. She came there told my Grandson he had to leave the property! Started questioning my grandson about a plant I had gotten from my Aunts house. Axtenuating I had taken it from the property or even the forest! They had been snooping through our private property! We had to leave a day early not to mention them terrifying my grandson! Terrable rude and snoopy people. It was a shame and very sad!

Picture Perfect Get-Away
Butts on the Creek was exactly as described and as pictured. The cabin itself was spotless and comfortable. The setting was simply gorgeous on the creek. The location is tucked away and private but not too far from things you may want to do in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful creekside spacious cabin!
My family & I were so glad we found this cabin. It is so beautiful..inside & out! The seclusion was just what we were hoping for. Driveway is easy to drive on. Check in was simple. The beautiful creek is right in the backyard but with plenty of room for kids to play in the yard and for us to build a fire. The cabin is very clean and bigger than we thought! Every area is spacious even the porches! Each room has its own sizable bathroom. I loved that it had a washer and dryer since we stayed for a week. Beds and couches are comfy and clean. Kitchen is supplied with all appliances and necessary items needed to cook meals. The whole cabin is up to date with its looks, furniture and appliances.
Anita is very kind. She checked on us on our way in since it was supposed to start snowing before we got there.
We definitely will be back!

Lovely cabin away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It sits on property with a beautiful flowing creek. Very relaxing sitting on the porch. The owners were very nice and so was the property manager. Very clean and well equipped with all you need.

Whenever renting on line you are going on blind. I would definitely say that this cabin was all it said it was. Quiet, clean and just simply peaceful. The communication was great and check in and out was simple. We were able to talk with the owner during our stay..( he lives up the hill) and he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us directions to one of our new favorite places in the Smokies! We will definitely be back!!
