The property is exactly located on the Baga beach road and is in a very central location. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. There was a sofa and seating area in the room and balcony attached. The club Tao is also situated right below the hotel. Staff was very friendly and there were good amenities like mini fridge.

TV was not working even after trying multiple times. No hot water and the lock for the room wasn’t functioning, they had to make a makeshift lock.

Everything will be perfect and good communication with people.

Only Food was good but they have less options for vegetarian food.

The staff were super rude. We had extended our trip as our first 2 days were fine but had to keep changing rooms thrice. If you order food in the room for dinner make sure you order before 9 pm or else it will take them hours to serve you food in your room since they have club below rooms so priority is for club people. After changing so many rooms there were problems with ac suddenly stops working, jet spray broken 🙄 water dripping from loose tap. when we were back home i received call asking to pay for one meal of 2 pomfret dish, i got furious since we are vegetarian and i told him to go through our every meal we ordered and hung up on him And i repeat staff are super rude except 2 people from restaurant who were little polite with us.

Best property if you want to enjoy baga beach , Tito's lane...very close to beach..and I must say the property owner mr.vijender Singh is very hospitable...he's such a nice host..any help is needed he will provide with everything.. affordable and best😊😊

I really like the location and the ambience of the hotel.. Both Baga and Calangute beach is near to hotel..staff is cooperative specially the owner of the the hotel..They exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
