It was not as clean as should have been - microwave interior dirty - entry door VERY diffficult to unlock and lock. No pillowcases on secondary pillows - no dishcloth or dish towels - the electric kettle was leaking and needs replacement.

There was later check-in. In general 4 pm for the check in is kinda late, then they told us our apartment wont be ready at this time and we should have to come later.
Looking the door is so complicated. At the beginning U thought we wont be able to lock the door at all. So I called them and custodian came, but he didnt speak English, just Portugese. (In the end I found the way How to lock it, but didn’t feel comfortable at all)
