Beds were not made, sheets hanging in pool table room, food on dining table, dirty dishes in sink, bathrooms needed cleaning, etc, cleaning crew there till 9 pm, contacted owner, nice guy.

We went to a family wedding and we have a blast staying in this place. Super close to the venue and to the house of my family. Perfect size for my family and rooms we needed. My daughter’s have so much fun in the pool. Thank you for great place.

Plenty of activities at the home to keep everyone happy from toddlers to teenagers. Had a blast. Booked this to see the springs nearby however the springs were at capacity everyday so we just hung out at the house. Everything was clean and functional, the only complaint I would have is there's no cookie sheets in the kitchen and no broom for sweeping. Other than that it was exactly as advertised and had everything that was in the description and pictures. Thanks Jose!

This home was not as advertised... There was no place for the family gather as the living room housed a pool table and the "couch" sat 2 maybe 3. The game room and hot tub as well as the washer and dryer are in the garage where the temperature is unbearable. The air conditioning sounds like a jet plane coming in for a landing and the swimming pool is not on premise, but across the street.
We found old, food in the microwave, the pillow cases looked like they had makeup on them and the house was generally dirty.....
On a positive note, bedrooms large and lots of towels except in the kitchen where there were no kitchen dish towels..........
I was going to ask for a refund, but decided that wasn't fair to next guests.

Good location for us
No complaints The owner was very easy to work with and we needed a place between Lake Mary and the parks in Orlando, we also tried the community pool very nice and rented Kayaks and went down the river and back in Keiwie State park.

My family and I went on vacation, we really enjoyed the home, the huge backyard and even did swim in the pool. Great quiet location. The homeowners were very responsive when I had questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if down that direction.

We spent several weeks here on a golf trip.
It is a good neighborhood and conveniently located for golf and shopping.
Jose, the owner, was readily available for any problems.
It is also set up well for entertaining kids with a pool table in the living room, ping pong and fussball in the garage and a badminton net outside.
For adults it was somewhat difficult as the furniture was not very well placed or comfortable, the air conditioning very loud, no toilet paper holders in bathroom, and not enough kitchen amenities for any extensive cooking.
While we were there, the fridge was leaking water onto the kitchen floor and we were told it needed a part that wasn’t available for several months and the hot water for the washer was leaking onto the garage floor and was too complicated to fix.
Despite these problems, we had a good time enjoying the great weather and the backyard.

This was a great house and one of our favorite properties that we've rented on VRBO. The house was in great shape and the pool area was fantastic. We had rented from the landlord previously and highly recommend his properties.

This house was beautiful and was greatly equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and they even supplied shampoo and conditioner and body wash. We didn't get a chance to use the pool however the games and pool table in the house kept our kids busy. This was a great stay and we encourage anyone to chose to stay here!

Over the Tot Wonderful
I can't begin to put into words how incredibly accommodating and helpful the owners of this property were. Their house was so clean and had EVERYTHING we need plus more. The private pool with private entrance right across the street was so convenient and beautiful. With fenced back yards for my dog, grills and fire pits at both sites, the game room, entertainment center, comfortable beds,and every appliance that we needed just made this trip over the top great. I can't say enough about the owner and their kindness and every consideration. I will stay at any of their properties and seek them out for each vacation.

Nice house in nice quiet location
House was clean and well equipped. Location was great and the owner was super nice and great to work with. Very friendly. Of note, the furniture in the living room isn’t comfortable. It’s two futons that aren’t ideal for relaxation. Other than that, house was as described.

Good spot for families
We rented this house as a launching pad for golf and the races. The house had four bedrooms and two baths as advertised. The pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, and poker table were all great and we used all of them. There was good furniture outside with good cover. The grill was a bit of a drawback being that it was charcoal only, but it was in good shape. The house was outfitted well with everything we needed - no need to run to the store for anything but food. We did not use the pool at the other house across the street. Although the owner told us it would be a private use pool, it was a bit odd that there were three or four cars in front of the house. It was an odd situation that we decided to pass on. Overall it was a great spot.

The house was so amazing. I would definitely rent again next year when we return. It was spacious, clean and had entertainment for the teenagers. The pool was nice feature too. The communication with the owner was awesome and responded immediately.
