Loved our stay at See & Tee. The home was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, the golf carts were quick and clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

We had a lovely stay at Josh's Killegray Ridge beach house. The house was a perfect size and had everything that we needed for a great week at Bald Head. We especially enjoyed walking across the street to the beach in the evenings for incredible stargazing. We look forward to a return trip!

Wow! Incredible stay. You can tell this is a home the owners use and enjoy themselves. They have everything you need. Beach towels, tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, fishing rods, umbrellas, sand toys. Kitchen has a great blender, instant pot, all the tools you need and actually sharp knives. If you are coming anytime in the next year don't buy coffee filters (accidentally bought a new pack then found another). Beach access is across the street and very convenient. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus. Given that the food on the island is often lacking we loved cooking in the kitchen and grilling outside. King bed was comfy. Never noticed neighbor on the shared wall- felt like a detached house. The library had so many current fun reads. Unexpected bonus! Truly just show up with your clothes and enjoy your stay.

We had a great stay at Sea & Tee! The house had lots of extras for the beach (toys, towels, chairs, etc) and is in a great location with boardwalk access to the beach. Owner was very responsive! Thanks for a great visit!

We have been going to BHI for over 20 years! See and Tee was perfect for a long weekend getaway, having space for two couples and their furry friends very comfortably! Would definitely rent this property again!

7 friends enjoyed a great week at this property. It’s easily accessible from the main beach road & is a quick walk to the beach (all boardwalk so no trudging through the sand). The house is very nice with plenty of seating & comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute house. Nice owner. Love Bald Head. Been coming since 1980. Very disappointed in the BHI clubs rule changes, especially the one that restricts access on the weekends. This is not the owner’s fault. It’s the club’s fault. We live in Landfall in Wilmington and are used to club rules but this one is ridiculous. Bald Head is a home too many( I was a former owner) but first and foremost it is a resort and vacation island and the income from that industry is the islands life blood. Keep this up and the island and its owners will eventually suffer the negative results of this policy. There are much more creative ways to handle this and I’d be happy to give the club some ideas. After 42 years of coming to the island this was the only time I’ve encountered this. It should stop ASAP. Bad and illogical decision making.

Comfortable & Family-Friendly
Lovely home, conveniently located and comfortable for all, including young children, our great aunt, and dog. We enjoyed lounging on wrap-around porch while bird watching. Children escaped to third floor to play or worked on puzzles in the living room. There an abundance of games, puzzles, toys and books! Highly recommend and look forward to returning next year!

We were pleasantly surprised at just how kid friendly this house was—bikes, toys, books, movies, coloring and art supplies, etc. The location was also fantastic. Just a few steps to the beach, which we always had all to ourselves (granted we were there off season). It was convenient to the market, restaurants and the Shoals Club. This is our favorite VRBO rental to date. Great way to introduce us to Bald Head Island. Thank you for sharing your property with us!!

Just what we needed
Perfectly situated on the island, this house has everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway, like ours, or a longer stay. Lovely home, and the outdoor spaces are a bonus extension of the property. Easy check in and check out, and the owner was really top notch with speedy communication. Would gladly return!

Josh’s house is beautifully taken care of and a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had thoughtful touches (we loved the board games!). We had a great time and would come back again

House worked well for us. Greenery around house gave us a feeling of seclusion but was near beach for dogs. We went to the beach to howl at the moon, and the night before we left, watched newly hatched turtles head into the sea. Pretty amazing! Also liked the variety of books and tapes in the house. I'm a great Jane Austin fan! Hard to leave. Thanks for a wonderful week.

We have stayed at this home several times over the years, but this was our first visit since the house was sold last year. We thought this house couldn’t get any better, but it did. The master bath now has a beautiful shower, and some of the furniture and lighting have been updated on the main level of the house. It also now has an Amazon Echo near the kitchen which we found to be super handy.
Our kids love the third floor. I can’t imagine a better set up for kids. We also love that the house has a huge dog crate (stored flat in utility closet). We took ours, but we should have left it at home. We probably also should have left our bikes at home. The garage was full of bikes, beach chairs and anything else you may want at the beach. The golf carts are also nice. We have four kids so the three row/ six seater was super handy.
Josh, one of the new homeowners, is super responsive. He got back to me right away when I had questions.

Another great experience
Great in every regard - very well-maintained and clean house, with everything we needed for our stay. This was the sixth year we've stayed here, and we liked the improvements/remodeling changes made since last year. Located in what we feel is the perfect location on the island - close enough to dining options and the grocery store, but far enough away to have a little less traffic, and the beach is an easy and pleasant walk. We're already planning to be back to this house next summer.

Great first stay at this property
We have been vacationing at BHI for six years. We had outgrown the previous smaller cottage which we were renting and took a chance on a new property. The property was actually sold between when we made the original booking and when our stay was scheduled. The new owners were very easy to work with. We had some minor glitches on the day of check-in with the house and golf cart and these were handled in a timely and appropriate manner by the owners. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Bald Head and the place was great! It was tucked away but super spacious for our group of 7. The porch was great for afternoons and evenings. There were sound machines and fans in every room and the kitchen was fully stocked. They really had thought of everything. We had the best weekend and would definitely return to this rental again. Perfect for our family!
This is a lovely property that suited our family of four beautifully (could have easily hosted more). The kids’ attic space is really neat and out 9 and 6 yo loved having their own room with toys etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how secluded it felt despite being right by the beach... the property is nestled in some trees so you really have a sense of privacy. The owner was very kind and communicative. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

What a wonderful property! We have been vacationing here for almost 10 years and have rented several homes. This home is perfect for our family. The beach is literally across the street! The bedrooms are great size and the layout works very well. Take a look from the top floor!! Ocean!! Would definitely recommend!
