Cute, clean townhouse in a super fantastic location. We loved that we could bring our fur baby and lots of places in the community to walk. Easy beach access and the guys at the guard shack are super nice. The townhouse could use a little updating but it had everything we needed for a quick weekend away. The balcony was exceptionally clean which is rare for rentals and we loved the balcony furniture overlooking the canal and mini golf course. Lastly, if you like a dark room when you sleep be sure to bring sleep masks-no curtains, only blinds that do not block light from coming into bedrooms.

Well this is our second stay at this same condo..no updates to anything. The couch is worn and needs replacing. The tubs holds standing water. Ice machine not working. I’ve stayed at several other properties and they at least provided simple condiments and seasonings. I’m afraid this our last time here.

Love the location of this unit! Ad said boat launch yes it has one but you can’t park trailers on property had to call around and find someplace to store trailer. Have to call months in advance to see if you can get a slip rental to dock your boat. That was the only down fall for us with this property.

I love Sandpiper Cove because of the pools and private beach access, and this was a nice, fairly spacious condo with a really pretty canal view. I can't wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I LOVED the 9 hole golf course in the facility. We LOVED that they were dog friendly with dogs above 25 pounds. It was a nice place in general and a good central location with great food around. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The only thing with this particular condo that I could “complain” about was the main bedroom fan not working properly. Other than that excellent and cozy!

The overall stay at Sandpiper Cove 3204 was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach, pet friendly, and the location are a few things we liked the most.
I did contact the Vacasa regarding a few issues regarding the property, both tubs/showers did not drain adequately (while showering you stood in water) the kitchen faucet is loose and will drip, the front bedroom window is cracked (photos were also sent). I did forget to mention to them the front glass door does not line up, so it does not lock easily. They did state they would reach out to the local staff to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
We would stay at this location in the future.

This place has been updated and was much better than the pics. Beds were super comfy and allowed our dog which was great. Would definitely book this condo again!

Towels were a little hard and could use fabric softener. The remotes didn’t have batteries, but I put some in so you’re good to go! I would recommend you take check in and check out pictures of the furniture.

This inexpensive condo is what you would expect for the price. It is a little dated and could use a modern refresh, but is clean and comfortable for the price. The entire complex is secured through a 24 hour manned entry gate. The condo is not on the beach, but access to the private gated beach across the street is provided. The beach has a bar with food options, plux lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other items are available for rent. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but has the basics. The balcony overlooking the canal is peaceful in the morning. The only issue we had was the mild smell of cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was from previous renters or emanating from the condo downstairs.

Condo needs a deep clean. Several items inoperative to include ice maker, garbage disposal, TV and a temperamental tub drain. We appreciated the dog friendly complex and proximity to the beach.

We loved everything about the Cove. Yes it would’ve been great to have that was beach, but no biggie. It’s clean. It’ll always be go to when in Destin!

This property is in an excellent location, close to everything you'd want to do near the water. The private beach and bar was a huge bonus and so fun! The unit itself was as advertised, however, there were a few roaches we had to kill as well as some dirty dishes in the cupboards that we could not use. Also, the master bathroom bathtub drain was slow so the water backed up during showers. Other than that, the overall cleanliness of this place was satisfactory. If these issues are fixed, would 200% stay here again without question!! A nice weekend getaway if you don't sweat the small stuff :)

The unit itself was as advertised, however, there were a few roaches we had to kill as well as some dirty dishes in the cupboards that we could not use. We enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room and loved that it is pet friendly. The location and the access to the beach was easy to get to. Highly recommend the Sandpiper Cove.
