I had such a nice time at this place. All the staff was so friendly and helpful and did all they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was afraid that the walk up the hill would be too much, but it turned out to be no problem at all. On the contrary it was very nice to be located up the hill and away from the busy main road. If you're into yoga there is a possibility of doing drop-in classes just across the street at EKAM journey - I went there almost every day. Tulsi cafe is also very close and the River Sound Restaurant across the street has lovely food at a good price. I felt very much at home here.

Best hotel in Rishikesh. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Mountain view balcony.. green vitamin all around.. positive vibes. Super view from open terrace. All this in Tapovan Rishikesh only.

A lot of cockroaches in the room
A big hill out of town.
Staff have no idea about taxis or restaurants.

The location was fine. It was near to the main market road. The mountain view was also fine, and seemed really nice in the morning.
The hotel doesn't have any kitchen of their own. They don't provide toiletries, gave only one towel for a double sharing bedroom.
Also, the bedsheet/cover were not very clean.
