Wonderful property and beautiful house. As soon as we walked in, you could smell how clean the house was. The house was stocked beyond expectation with plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone communication with the owner was quick and efficient. I would most definitely stay here again.!!

The house was amazing! Quite neighborhood but, only minutes from Dollywood and other attractions. House was comfortable, clean and has everything you could need. We were celebrating a late Christmas with our family and they had left up the Christmas tree, so thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had the best stay as an extended family. Each of the 3 households had their own on suite and the gathering space is large to accommodate everyone at meals and game time. We will most likely be back!

We had six family members stay before Christmas. The home is super clean and has all space and amenities you could want. My father in law is 82 and the home is ADA friendly! Very convenient to all the attractions in the area and great views. We’ll be back for sure!

This was our sixth time staying at this wonderful rental property. It quickly became our favorite and is now the only place our family stays when we are in the area. The host is excellent and has always quickly responded to any questions or requests.

We just left there and loved to place. We had 2 small dogs with us and 4 adults. The place is exactly like the pictures. We met the owner Frank, great guy. The place is convenient to everything but not in the mist of the crowded areas. Peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing place. Thanks Frank for a wonderful vacation. We will be back.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Some of the ladies on the trip aren’t dog people but you wouldn’t ever know that they allow pets inside the home we never seen one dog hair. Definitely renting this on our next girl trip. The location is very safe. The owner is very friendly and takes pride in his home.

Wonderful experience. Everything from the booking to the departure were great. The special touches, such as the dog bed with milk bones, was enough to get an 5 star rating. Our only complaints were a couple of the queen beds felt as if they were caving in certain areas. Unsure if it was mattress related or box spring breaking down, but should be looked at. The amount air fresheners were a bit overwhelming. Although the place smelled fresh and clean upon waking in, we had to remove several plug ins during the stay to be comfortable. Overall, best vrbo experience to date. Recommend especially for families with young kiddos.

Frank has everything you could need. Lovely property & home. This was our 2nd visit, but 1st time w my family. They all loved it every coming from Adantstay Sugarlands cabin the nights before. We will be back for sure if Frank will have us. We had to leave 2 days before to get back for our mom before she passed. My family stayed & enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed our stay in a place that was out of the craziness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge but close enough for easy access. The rental was clean and spacious and pet friendly. We loved it.

Three bedrooms and three baths accommodated 4 adults really well. And our dogs were welcome! Great kitchen, well equipped. Only suggestion would be a dish drying rack. Convenient laundry room. Nice outdoor seating.We stayed 4 days and were very happy.

We have stayed here multiple times. This place is amazing! It has everything you could ever want in a rental property. It’s great for families with children or pets. It’s always so clean and the owner is very attentive to any needs that could arise. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone who is looking for that special place to stay.

Everything about Franks property and amenities is above average. Location. View. Home layout. Comfortable and restful. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Frank was helpful and by no means a problem that he lives next door. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This property is in an ideal location close to everything! It was super clean, and has everything needed! We hope to return! My only downfall was I wish there were ceiling fans or some type of fans in the bedrooms to have some air flow moving because it could get stuffy in the bedrooms.

Honestly, I was a little taken back when we got there because I didn’t realize the owners were adjacent to the rental. I had my grown children and their kids with me and I know they can be loud at times so I was worried about the proximity to the owners. But, it was for nothing. Frank never complained about us…. The house was perfect and had everything we needed and then some, the beds were so comfortable, the property was beautiful and pictures really do it no justice. The location was super convenient. The entire family and my pups had a blast! And there were no checkout instructions…. Shocking but true. Still tried to leave it somewhat clean, but this made it easy to get up and go on departure day. Thanks for hosting us. I highly recommend your property, even to those with loud families.
