The friendliness of the staff, they were authentic in welcoming me in/out of the hotel. JP in maintenance is my hero! I have not ridden a bike in over a year due to knee replacement surgery and I borrowed one of the bikes - the tires were flat - JP met me, exchanged the bike and I went off on my way. He didn't know any of that - or how much it meant to me, he was doing his job and doing it well! True attention to detail in something that was truly significant to me! Everyone at the front desk and valet were also extremely helpful, professional and very welcoming. Assets for your brand!

Everything was as good as it gets; the food was clean and delicious and a good selection. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean and bright. The location was perfect for where I was going.

How clean and pretty and modern it is. It’s quaint without missing out on A+ facilities you’d find in major chain hotels.

Just an overnight stay, it was decent.
Parking was valet only $40. No self parking. Stores and food spots were limited.
