Really cool space - lovely coffee shop with tasty bagels, excellent bar, and friendly staff. Loved the little record player that you can rent vinyls for from the lobby, helped add a nice soundtrack to my stay here! So glad I stayed here 💙

Location is good and the vibe in the lobby is cool
The room cannot hold even 1 open suitcase and there is no real closet.
The check out is too early and if you need late check out there is a charge.
Also, we lost one plastic key and were charged a big amount for a piece of plastic.

The staff was kind, even though their English communication could be improved. The location is also very convenient, close to the metro station and practical for exploring the city.
The room was extremely small, and the carpet was old and dirty, which caused an allergic reaction for my family. There was no TV, and the blackout blinds could be better. Overall, the hotel could make more effort to meet the standards of a 3-star property.
Although the staff was friendly, they seemed a bit unsure about some local information. For example, they weren’t able to give clear directions to Mount Fuji, which might be something helpful for guests visiting the area.
