Superb location, just 5 mins walk from Kyoto station. Avanti mall is nearby and are has a lot of shops and places to eat. Rooms are quite big and clean.
Windows don't open fully, so it can be hard to let fresh air in, but AC helps. Rooms are fine, but corridors sometimes have some weird smells probably due to humidity.

Very nice budget option hotel less than five minutes walk from Kyoto station. We appreciated the free tea, coffee, and water. Rooms are very adequate. Would stay here again.
The staff is very nice and accommodating, but English is mostly not spoken. Be prepared to use a translating app if you have any questions beyond the very basic ones.

The hotel's location is very good. It is close to the two stations, and there are some convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The Wi-Fi did not work well at the beginning, and I called the front desk, but no one answered. The TV screen could not move at all. The chair for the writing desk was torn, with the upholstery peeling off. It was very reasonable, but there were some reasons for that.
