The location was excellent. It is one block from the mall, supermarkets, and restaurants. It is a very safe area to walk around in.
It took a while for the hot water to reach my room.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
My booking through Booking.Com showed that the amount to be paid was ZAR R3 558 plus ZAR R91.68. When we got to the hotel our booking was not reflecting on their system and struggled to locate it. One of the staff members made sure that she contacts booking.com until we were assisted. On top of the booking frustration, we had to pay R4 208.98 which was not what was shown when the booking was confirmed. The minimum temperature of the aircon was 18 degrees which was not cold enough because the weather was hot. The rooms were hot
