Beautiful property! If you staying in Scottsdale. Highly recommend this property!

This beautiful property backs up to the Phoenician resort with a view of Camelback Mountain. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. Josh could not have been more helpful. I called twice and his help was immediate. This home is fully equipped and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and everyone slept well. I would highly recommend this home for a family get away or a gathering of friends like us. I would happily come back here again.

Josh was a great host we look forward to staying in one of his properties again. The house was close to all things we needed and the backyard is perfect!

I HIGHLY recommend this property!! We had a group of 12 girls for a bachelorette and the accommodations and location could not have been more perfect. I was worried at first that the pictures were so beautiful that it was too good to be true, but they are accurate and really reflect what a great place it is! It was large and spacious for a big group, not more than a 8 minute uber to all locations in town, and was so fun to hang out outside by the pool with the beautiful mountain view. If you're hesitating to book, just do it! You won't be disappointed.

This large home has everything! My family came from around the country and loved having a beautiful home with so much to do without ever having to leave the gorgeous property. Wonderful!

The weather was the only negative of our stay at this beautiful house. We chose to pay the extra for the pool heating, but it was simply too cold.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location/ environment. With a gorgeous view of camelback set a long a peaceful golf course with a house that has all of the amenities you could ever want. I believe it was the best place we could have stayed in the Paradise Valley area. You can walk to the trail head of Camel Back Mt. You’re a mile from old town and with that being said you really don’t even need to leave the house. The house was clean and in pristine condition. The sleeping arrangements were more than comfortable for our 12 guests. We would rebook here in a heartbeat and wish we never had to leave. The hosts were great and super accommodating/ responsive. We highly recommend this house/ property. You won’t regret it!

13 of us stayed, 19 of us played We were in AZ to celebrate our dad/grandfather’s 80th birthday. We used everything on the property (except the pool - too cold for us). Pickleball tournament, chess game, hot tub, fire pit, grilling dinner and so much more! When we needed assistance the phone was answered. Extra towels in 10min - seriously Great place.

We ha 13 people (family) that are active and wanted fun and this place was perfect. Lot's of space, played a ton of pickle ball (bring your own paddles), tons of tv's, pool and hot tub amazing. Location was great. We did have a few times we needed to reach out to property manager, and service and follow up was quick and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

This house is more amazing in person. We had a group of 13 and had so much room! The pool and outdoor area is fabulous. So close to everything. We had an amazing time.

We had a great time for my husband‘s 40th birthday. The home was clean, had a great open concept, and the backyard was absolutely the star of the show! Would absolutely rent this property again!

The home was very nice but we were quite disappointed with the grill being so dirty, the severely dilapidated Hot tub and the broken bed in the casita. I tried to communicate with the host numerous times in regards to our issues. They did come to fix the bed but no resolution on the other 2 issues. We were disappointed that there was no effort to make adjustments for the inconvenience of the broken bed, broken hot tub and dirty outdoor kitchen.

This place was great. Came out to PHX for the golf tournament and some RnR and did both. The house has plenty of room for a large party. There were 10 of us and no one had any complaints on the bed situation or being crammed in here. We took advantage of the heated pool and we’re able to swim all night even when the temps dropped. There is plenty to do at this house from being active to just hanging out. The kitchen is well appointed and had plenty of space to cook or hang out. Getting connected to the wifi and speaker system was very easy and everything worked as needed. I’d highly recommend this if you’re looking for a high end place close to the action of old town Scottsdale. Host was also very good on communication and making sure we were happy.

Great house! Beautiful views of the golf course and awesome location. My group really enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. Josh was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful property in an incredible and convenient location with great views of the golf course and mountains. The owners or property manager were great to work with and the stay was easy. The only frustrations were with cleaning and maintenance (though the maintenance manager is an awesome guy and fixed all problems). The home was not as clean as we would have expected or stocked well. But, that was not a big issue and I would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a blast staying at this house. So many different activities and the house is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we needed for a good time!
