My wife and I headed to this apartment after a long trip down from Kazbegi to Tbilisi, and it was exactly what we needed. The place felt just like home because everything was so perfectly arranged. We never once regretted our choice and it really enhanced our trip. Next time we are in town, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting! ✨
Absolutely nothing!

Pleasant apartment, corresponds to the description. Centrally located, metro, bus stops, but even the heart of the city within walking distance. Expect to walk up a hill, which is no athletic challenge, but may be a problem for those with difficulty walking. But you don't need to climb stairs within the building. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Maybe a coffee maker and some capsules would be a treat. The bed is comfortable and the owner is helpful, flexible and responsive, but probably manages the apartment remotely. Never met him/her personally during the week.
