Location is perfect - just outside the train station so perfect for travelling around and easy to walk everywhere;
Staff all very amazing: the manager and the volunteers were all very friendly and helpful;
Outdoor terrace is nice to chill.
There're a lot details that could be improved:
Room door is squeaky so you wake people up every time you go in and out;
Bedside lights are not working;
Bunk beds are shaky and squeaky;
Basin doesn't drain and is leaking underneath;
Showerhead doesn't have a holder which makes showering awkward;
Not enough bathrooms for the hostel, so it's painful in the mornings...

The location is amazing - the tram stop is a short walk away, and the train station is down the street, with plenty of places to get food nearby. The facilities itself were fine, and the staff was extremely friendly. Being able to store luggage after checkout was also really helpful.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the place, mainly mold in the bathroom and dust/dirt around the corners. There was also no full length mirror anywhere, only a small one in the bathroom, and no paper towels/hand dryer.

Location was convenient and close to the central station. Hostel is kept tidy and clean but it is quite dark. The kitchen and terrace are very nice.
Bathrooms had a foul odor, likely from the shower curtains. The hostel itself is very loud because it is next to a large road. I did not get good rest.
