We loved the very spacious and open main floor (kitchen, dining room, and living room) and the large covered deck with seating, a grill, hot tub, and a table for 8+. It was nice to have the second living room/mini kitchen downstairs so the kids could go down there, be loud, and enjoy playing both foosball and on the Pac-Man machine. We cooked all our meals at home in the large and well equipped kitchen, and the pantry off the kitchen with a second full refrigerator/freezer was great. There are several levels in the home but stairs were not an issue for our group, including those in their 70’s & 80’s. The master bedroom on the top level is especially lavish. The management company was VERY responsive. We contacted them about some minor issues and they sent someone out right away. Highly recommend renting this place!

we had a wonderful time here. the layout is great to give everyone their own space, but also has a terrific main area for gathering together. we have rented two years in a row and we’re very happy both times.

The home was perfect for our large gathering. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone. It is super close to keystone, where we skied!! Made it super nice for those that wanted to ski! The property management company was very responsive, and we felt well cared for! I highly recommend this home for a group gathering! It was clean, and easy to find! Overall, it was a wonderful weekend, and I’m so thankful!!!!

The beds and all furniture was very comfortable, and the house and kitchen were stocked with everything you could need including plenty of games. You could tell it was meant to feel like a home, not a rental with cheap items. Very spacious, but beware there are a lot of stairs as everything is on different levels. This is great for noise. You enter on the main level and there are 3 bedrooms, garage, two baths and a living room. But to get to the kitchen you go up two sets of stairs, one bedroom on the landing on between the two sets. Additional bedrooms as you go up two more sets of stairs.

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration. My only caution is there are a lot of stairs so was a little difficult for our elderly aunt.

We had 10 adults and 2 children. The house was 11/10, the pictures online don't do it justice! A quick 6 min drive to Keystone resort was perfect to get to/from the village for outings or hitting the slopes! The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for us to enjoy our weekend away and each have our own little private bedroom retreat! Only downside was the tea kettle needs to be replaced, the handle is badly broken which made it a bit of a safety issue while trying to use it. Also, the fridge in the main kitchen was the only one we were able to get to make ice. The fridge in the butler's pantry wouldn't make ice, nor the "ice machine" in the main kitchen. Over all, it was an AMAZING home and we are already looking at future weekends to go back and stay again! HIGHLY recommend this home for a get-away with a large group!

This house was perfect for a team retreat and was very livable and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and the outdoor porch was lovely to hang out on!

Very imppressive

There's a lot to like about this place. Impressive home, lots of beds, good kitchen. Everything we needed, although the hot tub was not functional during our stay. It looks like a very nice tub out on the spacious deck near the fireplace. A very inviting space, for sure. In lieu of non-working tub, management gave us a credit, which was a nice gesture, although I would have preferred a working tub.. Nothing they could do at that point. There were a lot of remotes (6 or 7) for the entertainment center, so that took some tech savvy.. Not sure if I'd ever quite figure out the light switches, but the lighting features are really high-end, too. It's a great house, overall. There are many trails right out the front door for hiking, biking, etc. The creek is nearby, too. Town is only a few minutes drive.

This home was stunning inside and out! Beautiful fixtures, updated appliances, great quality furniture, accommodation for large groups, views of the golf course, close proximity to town and lake, and very clean! The layout was beautiful but it did include lots of stairs since there were 5 levels accessed by stairs (please note: the wooden stairs were slightly slippery due to their finish). The outdoor space was great for our large group viewing the Keystone River Golf Course off the deck. The deck included a new, large grill, nice hot tub, and large seating area. Every aspect of the home made it easy to accommodate our large group of 14 adults, from the large kitchen, many separate bedrooms, to the large deck. All of the bedrooms included large and comfortable beds. The location was great since it was very close to the town of Keystone and Dillon and also driving distance to Silverthorne and Breckenridge. Easy 5 minute access to a beach at Dillon Reservoir near the Dillon Amphitheatre. Staff were highly communicative and offered assistance at all times of the day. ***The only complaint that we had was the proximity to the highway which was not depicted in the description or photos. The cabin was located a few hundred yards from the main highway which made it less private and less quiet.

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this spacious home. We loved the hot tub, expansive kitchen and dining room and close proximity to a nice hike. We would stay here again!

Downside is that it’s a little small for bigger groups. Overall we really like the house and will definitely look to rent here again.

The kitchen and prep kitchen were a dream! My only complaints were: the bathroom(s) layout was bizarre- the en-suite primary bath was the only full bathroom for the three bedrooms upstairs; no hot tub towels were provided; only 6 sets of bathroom towels provided despite disclosing 14 people would be staying at the home. Regardless, we very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and would absolutely rent it again.

Wonderful kitchen. Hot tub would more accurately be described as lukewarm tub. The property management must be terribly understaffed because the hot tub was not working at the beginning of our stay. Then they came out to service it and added a foot and a half of ice cold water to it, and told us that it wouldn’t be warm enough to use for 12-24 hours. So, the hot tub was not functional for 2 out of the 5 days of our stay, and when it was working, it was not hot. We registered 13 guests and there were precisely 13 bath towels in the house for our 5 day stay for bathing and hot tub use. Not very generous. The kind service man did bring us more towels after we asked for some. There were 2 dead mice stuck to a mouse trap under the kitchen sink. The remote control did not work for the master fireplace. We figured out how to manually start it, but we both got shocked whenever we turned it on or off because of the faulty wiring. The maintenance guy said that he would fix it, but he didn’t during our stay. This property has wonderful water heaters - we never ran out of hot water. The master jacuzzi was strange. It felt like cold water was coming through the jets even though the heater was turned on. The jets also spewed water out of the jacuzzi. There was no instruction manual so we didn’t know how to adjust it. The clothes dryer had to run through 2 cycles to get a load dry. The washer and dryer in the master were out of order. There was an extra trundle bed under one of the bunk beds that the online description didn’t tell about. (So we had an empty bed — if we had known, we would have brought another person on our trip.) Lovely floor plan, perfect for a group. Lots of stairs to keep you in shape.
