We celebrated my wife’s birthday with 4 other families. The house was just as it was listed. The rooms were of pretty good size. It is on the beach block in a quiet area of AC, almost in Ventnor. Kitchen was updated and we had plenty of space. The hot tub was a big selling point, especially since we were there in colder months. Another plus was that the sound in the house did not travel loudly, which was nice, considering we had 7 young kids with us. The owner and the neighbor were helpful and the communication was good.

We had a great time at the beach house this Christmas everything was great, for our large family vacation. Spacious, clean and welcoming. Mark the neighbor was very helpful and Mikhail was very responsive. Definitely would recommend.

The house is clean, in a great location and steps from the beach. It housed our group of approx 8 adults with plenty of room. Would definitely rent again also with families or only adults.

Mikhail and his neighbor Mark were great. Property was as described in the pictures. Clean. Great location to nice beach and nice 10-15 walk along boardwalk to get to action area of Atlantic City while being far enough away from craziness. Perfect for what we needed for our large family vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Stayed with 16 friends playing in a hockey tournament in AC. Home was very clean, with all necessary items to make it s very successful weekend, Check in was extremely easy along with check out. Mikhail was very easy to contact and worked with me on a few accommodations. Next door neighbor was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home for your next trip to AC!

This property is perfect for a family getaway winter or summer. The place was very clean and all the supplies that were needed were provided. We also got complimentary early checkin and checkout which was perfect. Great covered hot tub and basement for the kids. Host was very attentive and easily reachable. Also almost 6 bedrooms provide for ample sleeping space. I would recommend this property.

Had a great time at this property this weekend. Excellent location. Can only imagine how awesome this place would be in the summer. Great communication with host and neighbor Mark was super helpful. You will not go wrong booking this place.

Our group loved the house. So close to the beach and just a short walk to the main part of the AC boardwalk. It was perfect for our group of 8 couples.

We have stayed in the home some years ago and this year was even better. The house has had some updates and it looks even more beautiful. The host is an amazing communicator and the property was in excellent condition. This annual trip for the youth in our group home is so important and so meaningful. Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home.

We gifted our daughter with a stay at this house as her graduation present. Her and her closest friends had a great time at this house. Steps away from the beach with all the amenities and then some. They had a pool table, fooz ball and so many other activities to keep them busy. All the rooms were clean and the house was in great condition. Parking is a bit of a pain but certainly manageable. Neighbors were very friendly too.

The host Mikhail was very accommodating with our requests - early check-ins etc. He voluntarily offered late checkout etc. We were a group of 16 people, who really enjoyed the property with 8 bed rooms with sufficient number of beds and amenities. Linens were very comfy. We would certainly look to book the same property in the future.

Great house for a big group!
13 of us found plenty of room at this house and really enjoyed the location that made it easy to walk to the beach or take a short walk up the boardwalk to the casinos and restaurants. great communication also from the owner and neighbor who helped us with everything we needed all weekend. highly recommend and would do it all again!

Great property, house was fantastic, the location in proximity to the beach and downtown is amazing. Only thing to be aware of is there are a lot of older residents around the street, and they are very sensitive to noise. My group is a loud bunch, so I understood a lot of the complaints, but some were a little out of the ordinary. Example: watching soccer at 4pm on a Friday and the cheers of a goal triggered a complaint OR standing outside at 12:30pm on a Sunday (July 4th) waiting for ubers and the talking and laughing triggered a complaint. Again, the property is fantastic and I would highly recommend it, just be cognizant of the noise and if your group is a loud bunch like mine this property may not be for you.

Mikhail’s property was wonderful for a large group and very clean! Very close to the beach and not a far Uber to the casinos. I would recommend staying here as it was a great weekend stay.

Mikhail and his neighbor Mark are very friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect for a weekend of 15 friends to enjoy the beach and Atlantic City.
This house is bigger than it seems in the photos and has plenty of space for large groups like ours. I would definitely stay here again and recommend staying at this house.
