Questo appartamento sulla spiaggia è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da piste di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio, da tratti costieri dove andare a vela e da molte altre località interessanti. Non avrai bisogno di perdere tempo per lasciare il tuo mezzo in un posto sicuro: qui ti aspetta anche un parcheggio. Poi non avrai che l'imbarazzo della scelta: potrai percorrere 15 minuti a piedi fino a Lungomare di Bethany Beach o 9 minuti a piedi fino a Bethany Beach Beaches.
Non appena lascerai tutti i bagagli in questo appartamento da 139 metri di superficie, potrai dedicarti alla tintarella sulla spiaggia, rilassarti a pochi passi da una piscina condivisa o iniziare a pensare alle varie gite nella vasca idromassaggio. Questa sistemazione ti offre anche un balcone.Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di accesso a internet e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.
Oltre a 3 camere e 2 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai un’area soggiorno, un divano letto e aria condizionata. Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, una macchina per il ghiaccio e un microonde. Lascia lo spazio per i souvenir in valigia: qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice, per cui non avrai bisogno di molti vestiti di ricambio.

However, there were some cons with respect to the condo. As an initial matter, at some point during the weeks prior to our a stay, a guest had spilled something on the cabinets that they did not bother to clean up such that the faces and the knobs on these cabinets were actually sticky to the touch, and the cleaning staff overlooked this. The floor in front of the dishwasher and sink was also sticky. There were chocolate stains on the dresser in the master bedroom. These issues were just as much the responsibility (or lack thereof) of prior guests as they were the cleaning staff. I used some cleanser and attempted to clean these off as best I could (but without a mop, it wasn’t easy).
Another con was that there was a considerable amount of mildew in the master shower. Although I understand that to a certain extent this cannot be avoided, for nearly $1,000.00 per night, it seems that this should be mitigated. The frame of the bed in the master bedroom could use a good vacuuming / cleaning between the sides of the mattress and the bed frame (I avoided looking down whenever I made / got into the bed). The dresser / TV area / Blu-ray was extremely dusty - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The master bedroom was extremely warm, but we kept the shades down, the doors to the outside closed, the AC on, and used the fan (thank you for having that) to keep it as cool as possible.
My overall impression was that based on the furnishings and the decor, this condo appears to be loved by its owners, but not all guests demonstrate the respect or consideration that they should given that it’s someone else’s home, and unfortunately, that becomes the extra obligation of the cleaning staff, which was overlooked.
The only negative of the entire trip was the parking situation. While I understand we only have one reserved spot, we paid quite a bit of money to have a second parking pass. We vacationed with another family and ended up having to pay for for offsite parking for our second car. The agents at Vacasa were of no help and the customer service severely lacked. The agents repeatedly told me that there was parking. After looking for 3 hours, we gave up. Why, if there is assigned parking under the building, isn’t that spot also given to the people who are renting the unit out for a week? Clearly, the owners aren’t there and could have helped a lot of people. It was a disappointing start to our vacation.
A couple of frustrating things came up with the building operations, but wouldn't take a star off the review for them. Basically, if they aren't going to have everything (elevators, pools) they need to at least communicate the day-to-day schedule better. The maintenance staff and lifeguards we interacted with were very nice though.
